Mark and his crew did such a wonderful job on my kitchen. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they were. I was pretty scared, my kitchen was originally a nightmare, a complete disaster! I’m so excited to be back in there baking and cooking for my family. Thank you so much MDS!!!

The only thing he does well is telling you how good he is. Paid almost $10K for only labor, and job turned out to be a complete mess. My tile shower looks awful. Grout lines are uneven, tiles are damaged. One spot still has no tile. Did not bother to replace floor drain, so there is an inch hole in the floor with the old drain. Relocated a light fixture and is 3 inches off center. Never installed 2 light fixtures or closet doors. Installed shower faucet wrong so I had no hot water. Never hooked up faucet for the sink. Installed crown molding and broke many of the pieces. I paid in full to just get rid of him and he had the nerve to ask for more money. I did not give he more money, and he did not complete the job. He also threatened to sue me If I left negative reviews. See photos for details.

We were quoted $2500 with a 3 day timeline to remove wood flooring and tile a 10’x 12’. The job still wasn’t complete 2 weeks later and it was becoming apparent there were some serious issues. During removal of the wood flooring, a threshold wasn’t properly removed, creating a large unexpected crack in the adjacent travertine. After the wood flooring was removed, a petroleum based solvent was used to loosen the glue. This solvent was spread up to the base of my walls where it subsequently soaked up the dry wall above the base boards coverage and damaged my Venetian plaster walls leaving a permeated odor in my home. While care was taken in placing the tile so the patterns looked appropriate, less care was taken in spacing. Some tiles have almost twice the gap in the grout lines as others, clearly because the tile was cut short and even though there was plenty of extra tile, the short pieces were used anyway. The final edge of the tile was clearly crooked and the mosaic transition we installed, at Marks recommendation, came out so poorly that it’s questionable if he even knew how to lay mosaic sheets. Mark also made several complaints about how he under bid the job and was losing money,, suggesting we pay more. We had to stop the job, contact our attorney and hire another company to finish it correctly. Beware of this “A” rated company.

Very pleased with my new kitchen . They showed up ,always on time , and very professional . I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted, and the owner Mark came to my home helped me with the design . My kitchen is a work of art . I highly recommend MDS HomeRepair.

I cannot say enough. AWESOME! Mark and team, were on time, professional and the work is amazing. What was a dark, outdated kitchen was redesigned by Mark using our wishes into a place I love to cook in. We have friends over and it's hard to believe you are standing in the same place. He made suggestions that made the kitchen storage better, the design was just wonderful. He explained timeline to order and install materials so we knew what to plan for. So simple and easy to work with this team. Real professional that knows what they are doing. Will hire again the next time we need any remodeling

I called several companies for a tile installation job and only one responded within 1 day. That company was MDS Home Repair. Courteous and very professional. On-time, every-time. I couldn't be more happy with my choice to use this company. The owner himself came to my home and took care of business for me. I love my tiled floor and wish I had done it sooner. My kitchen is next for a facelift and MDS Home Repair is who will be doing it. Thank you Mark! You, Vince and Desiree did the job so well and fast. I reallly appreciate everything.
