It went fine. They did a good job and they seemed very personable.

Holinger prvided gread service but this guy is a little crabby and needs a vacation. Calling on Sunday was not my best idea either but if he is going to answer his phone he should be nicer. His guy did a great job.

Brian is the best. Outstanding service - prompt, friendly, and efficient. He returned my call first thing Monday morning and arrived an hour later. Fixed the problem in no time and offered great advice. One of the nicest technicians I've ever met. Put him at the top of your list for all plumbing needs! A+

I called Brian Hollinger Plumbing on WED. 05/07/2014 about installing a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, faucet set, drain pots, and all new plumbing and drain lines in my kitchen. I was given a rough estimate over the 'phone, and set appointment to have someone come out the next morning, THR. 05/08/2014 to look at the job, confirm the estimate, and complete the job if I wanted them to do so. There was no fee for sending someone to my home to estimate the job. When they came to my home, I explained that I had already purchased all the pieces and parts to complete the job, but had decided D.I.Y. was above my pay grade. He had no problem with using the pieces and parts I had on hand, and was pleased that I had all the correct parts and pieces. The job was completed faster than I could ever have done it, and came in $15.00 LESS THAN ESTIMATED, and was cleaned up well after finished. I was and am pleased with the entire interaction and experience with Brian Hollinger Plumbing. I will use them again. I would and have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors. I am glad I used Angie's List to find them, they also offer Angie's List Discounts. FIVE STARS!!!!!.

Brian was incredibly professional and punctual. Not only did he call to confirm our appointment, he arrived at the time agreed upon and provided quick service. Brian was extremely pleasant to work with and is without exception, a consummate professional. On a side note, Brian picked up where another - "highly rated," plumber never even showed up, delaying the remodel process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian's services.

He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling him about the leak to a facet in a bathroom. I had purchased two new facets to replace the leaky one and another facet in another bathroom. He replaced the leaky facet along with the intake valves under the sink. In the other bathroom, he replaced a couple o-rings in the ore bathroom, saving me from replacing that facet. Once finished he gave me the invoice with a dis out of $25. I thought Brian Hollinger was very professional.

Immediate response to my inquiry on Angie's list. Estimate over the phone, since this was a pretty standard job. Late to first appointment. I called after 20 min.to ask if he was coming. We reschedule. One half day for the water heater. One half day plus for the valves. Professional and seemed to know his stuff when here. Charged price as discussed on the phone initially.

We found Brian to be very professional, knowledgeable and accessible. We ran into some problems that Brian had absolutely no control over and he kept us informed every step of the way. We are very satisfied with the work he has done for us and will definitely use him again. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

Work went well Brian and his helper removed the toilets and tub prior to the tile install and came back to put in all the fixture.

First call on a sat. and my call was returned in 30 min.(great) then made an appointment for tuesday and he was 10 min. early (great again). Work was completed on time and at a good price very happy

Brian, returned my phone call very quickly which was nice. He scheduled a visit, ordered parts and repaired our shower in a matter of 2 days. Brian was pleasant, dressed professionally and got the job done quick. I would highly recommend his services.

He came out to the house to find out why we didn't have hot water. He knew immediately what the problem was and how to fix it. With my permission, he took out the old element and put in a new one. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and also explained that I would be needing a new water heater soon, and why.

Totally solved the problem. Very pleasant to deal with! What a relief as turning off the water to this old house (1925) is way up by the road. Extremely professional, pleasant and efficient!

Brian is the owner, operator, and the guy who shows up. He was very professional and charged a fair price for above average service. He even gave some tips on how to keep the problem from returning in the future.

I met Brian at the condo. He was there when he said he would be. I explained the problem and he felt that the previous plumber had installed the incorrect insides to the two toilets. He replaced them and they seem to work much better.

Mr. Hollinger was friendly, honest and prompt.

I would say good. he situation was that I had to do a lot of work for him, I need to do a lot of measurements. I thought he would come up here and do the preliminary investigation, he wanted me to do everything. My only concern was that I realized he was far away, but he advertised that he serviced these area. I'm too old to be doing that and I emailed that way.

Brian removed my old dishwasher and installed a new dishwasher for me. He was scheduled to start work at 9:00 AM. He called at 8:15 to check in and let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier than expected and finished the job in 1.5 hours. He was professional and his price was unbeatable compared to other plumbers I called.

His first response was monotone and he said "I'm on the other side of the world" when he found out where I was. But with a sigh he said he would be on his way. I asked the price and he quoted $250. When I said that was too costly for me....he said good luck mam.

When the first gentleman came he was very professional and attempted to unclog the sinks. He replaced the pipes below the sinks but didn't have a long enough snake so he called Brian to come to the house with a longer snake. He was very prompt in coming and did clear the line. Both Brian and his assistant were kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would call them again and recommend them for any plumbing needs.
