Great! Tom arrived fifteen minutes early and promptly went to work. We had the new faucet ready as well as cleared out under the sink so no time was wasted. Took less than 45 minutes. We are very happy with the service!

Bought the faucet replacement. Turned out I needed the main faucet replaced. Performed efficient and professional installation.

My experience with them was not very good. I would say they score less on professionalism. He showed up, but did not know initially what the problem was. He got very frustrated, a lot of cursing and stuff like that. His price was competitive. His level of frustration with the job and emotion was really over the top.

He was on time, was courteous and professional, and completed the job quickly. He had done work for me previously and I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others.

Brian showed up on time, was very professional, answering all my questions. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. I thought he charged a reasonable price for the work performed. I would recommend him highly.

I was able to go about my work schedule at home and not worry which is the most important quality of service people I can recommend. Brian not only fixed what I asked for but repaired previous plumbing mistakes of the old owners work. This is the second or third time I've had this serviceman in my home and will most likely not be the last. If I have any plumbing problems, I make this call first.

Having used him now at least four times, I can say the reviews are consistent. He is professional, knowledgeable, has reasonable prices, and does a great job. At this point, I call him "my plumber". Happy to do so.

Very happy with their responsiveness, punctuality, and work. From the beginning when I first called to inquire until the day of the job, the receptionist was very professional and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. Tom the plumber, answered all of our questions and inquiries and we had a lot. He got to work right away and was done in under 2 hours. I will definitely use them again.

I found that my kitchen sink was leaking and it apparently had been for a while. I have a garbage disposal so wasn't sure what was leaking and why. Called Brian, he answered and got right back with me. We set up an appointment for the next day and Brian said he would call prior to coming to let me know he was on the way. As agreed upon, Brian called me to let me know he was heading my way - he came out, took a look and said he wanted to check to see if everything was working correctly. He explained what was wrong, got some tools and took care of it. Everything looks good and I was very happy to get it fixed quickly. Brian was very professional and very pleasant. He explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. I will definitely call him next time I have a plumbing issue and would recommend him to my friends!

Brian had to make two returns because the toilet continued to run. On his initial visit he put new handles on three different toilets. The master bath continued to run, he returned and put a new handle on the toilet. The toilet continued to run, he returned with a bad attitude and make unprofessional comments, calling the toilet a piece of junk. This home is valued at $400,000 and the toilet may not be top of the line, but it is not a piece of junk. Brian also said because had to drive one hour (I doubt it takes an hour, he called and said he was in WPB and was at the house in less than ten minutes) he was taking Boynton Beach off of Angie's List. I had used this service before and had no issues with the work or professionalism. Perhaps, today was a bad day for Brain because I think there are some good quality there.

He led us to believe we needed to have the entire bathroom remodeled because of this leaking shower. He had even sent out a tile company to start the process on the renovation. He had estimated us at $8000 for the entire job but we were not convinced that this was necessary. We found another company that fixed the leak and only cost us $500.

When we spoke he asked where I lived, and said he could be here with in 1-2 hours. Brian arrived within an hour. He installed a perfect faucet and even gave me discount because I had contacted him through Angie's List. Will definitely use him in the future! Will refer him whenever a plumber is needed.

The plumber did everything that was asked of him.

This provider was very unprofessional and rude. There were other workmen in my home that day, and he continually kept addressing them as "bro"! Which almost caused a physical skirmish. I would never recommend a person/company of this caliber to anyone!

He did a great job. This is the second time I have used his services and he will is now my plumber of choice.

It was good. I wasn't here when he came but my contractor said he was happy with them. He was able to come the day after I bought the deal.

This was amazing to us. I sent an email to brian at about 7:30 in the evening. He called about 8:15 the same night and made an appointment for "around " 11AM the next day, saying that he would call first. Well, today at 10:20 his employee, Tom, called and said he would be at our home in about 20 minutes. He arrived right on schedule, did his work and was done in about 30 minutes. He was personable, neat (didn't leave a mess), and offered some suggestions about the proper care of our disposal. He did all this in a completely delightful way! (He could have left us feeling like idiots.) All this for $125. I will recommend this outfit to anyone, and will definitely call them again if I need plumbing services.

Brian was great. He responded back to me very quickly and within 2 hours all was done. I could not have been happier. I would use him again, and again!

Brian responded immediately to my call and set up an appointment. He phoned prior to his arrival which was exactly at the time agreed upon After ascertaining the problem - which he did quickly and efficiently - he spent a good deal of his time on the phone trying to track down a needed part. His attitude throughout was involved, concerned and determined. He was polite and friendly, while being professional and competent. If my husband and I had had the good sense to hire Brian in the first place we would not have had a small disaster that has destroyed new flooring that will cost a good deal to replace. Hiring a competent Plumber we now know (the hard way!) should be the first step in securing a good outcome. Hiring a Plumber of Brian's expertise is the best guarantee for success. Do not hesitate to use this service for all your plumbing needs. You will be happy you did.

He was supposed to call us after he made an assessment, and he has never gotten back to us since. And I recalled him and he said he couldn’t do it. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone; he never bothered to let me know before hand to do the work.
