Supposed to be flat $100 and was charged $325 as tech said hose I bought was not right.

Scheduling was easy and prompt. Service was on time and he quickly had 2 outdoor hose bibs replaced. The quality of the work and parts is excellent and I would definatly recommend to all my friends!

Brian was great, very professional and talked me through the whole problem. I will definitely use him and his company in the future. They also managed to fit me in with a visit very quickly, the woman answering the phones and scheduling was very sweet!

There was work both externally and internally that needed to be done, including welding. Brian was punctual and completed the work in a timely fashion and to our great satisfaction. He also fixed a leaking shower faucet handle. We highly recommend Brian and his company for any plumbing problem.

I called Brian after a bad experience with another Angie's list plumber. I was experiencing problems with a clogged kitchen drain. I hired another plumber from Angies list to do the job but after snaking the pipes on two ocassions, that plumber could NOT figure out what was wrong. That plumber suggested another procedure (additonal $150) to check for pipe damage under the house. I asked the owner of the company to please send out someone with more experience (the person he sent was very young). He refused to send anyone else claiming his guy was young but experienced. I wasted $150 and still a had clogged drain. I decided to call Brian Hollinger to help me with this problem. I told Brian that the drain had already been snaked twice and that I did not think that my pipes were damaged because I am very careful about what goes down my drain. Sure enough, Brian found the problem and now my sink and drain are working great. Brian is an experienced plumber, the person who was sent by the other company was not. Thank you Brian Hollinger, you are the real deal. Brian is a professional and a super nice person. I can't thank you enough.

It was straightforward. He arrived on time, was very profession and checked out what had to be done. I explained the type of spigot I wanted, which are easy on/easy off and he installed them.

It went fantastic. So well, I paid him extra without hesitation, because he went the extra mile and tackled a complex job in a swift, sensible, trustworthy and economical manner. I was quoted by another plumbing company highly recommended on this site in this area for more than double the cost I paid with Brian's company. We were very happy with his prompt service.

From the time i called the office and talked to Betsy until Brian Hollinger and his helper Sheddrick was packing up the van to leave, everything went great. I called them out to repair my 15 yrs old water heater and snake my toilet. After Brian explained that repairing a 15yr water heater would be a bad investment since I have already gotten more than the normal expected years out of this one. He explained that replacing it would be best for the home, but he would repair the old one if thats what i truly wanted, by repairing the old one it would be a gamble because no one knows how much longer it would last before other parts went out or the tank itself failed.With that information i choose to replace the water heater. The bathroom was a backing up when the toilet was flushed so I asked for it to be snaked. First they tried to auger the toilet, when that didn't work they took a wet-dry vacuum and removed the water in the toilet bowl and tank. Then removed my toilet from my bathroom floor. Floor protection was put down and then they ran a snake down the pipe in the floor all the way out to the front of my house. They replaced the wax seal and new bolts to hold it to the floor. To this day still no problems. If that wasn't enough. After they did their job I was asked if I wanted a FREE home inspection. I agreed to the inspection. As they checked that all my toilets was working well, all my faucets was tight, all water lines in the cabinets wasn't leaking. They did find a small leak under my kitchen sink that had wet the bottom of cabinet. They was able to fix it on the spot and very quickly. You will not find anyone more willing to go that extra step to make sure that the job is done RIGHT and SAFE!! THANKS TO EVERYONE AT BRIAN HOLLINGER PLUMBING

I have a rental and have no idea what gets stuck in the drain. I had an issue that was impossible for two previous plumbers. The last plumber who was strongly recommended, told me that "the iron pipe under the floor had rusted out and collapsed and I would need to chip up the floor to replace it". I wanted a second opinion. Good thing too, because Brian (this review) told me that explanation was nonsense. He never sees that type of failure and he can always get the clog out. I decided to trust that answer simply because it was better than chipping up the floor. When he got the clog, it was a full mop. A big one like the type little kids put on their heads and pretend to be wigs. Have no idea how it got in there, but Brian got it out. That saved me a LOT of money. I know that line was clean all the way to the street after he left. A year later, the renter (different renter) had an issue again. Brian handled that and again I was very happy with his work. I'm not calling any one else because I didn't like paying the first few plumbers for looking at something and pretending they got it, and then giving a false answer. Actually, the first plumber did find a few kids toys and we thought that was it. None the less, Brian got the real issue that the 2nd plumber told me I needed to destroy my floor for.

This went well, with he exception of the half bath where they struggled to line up the faucet since the previous one had not been professionally installed. The holes in the granite had to be chiseled and smoothed to accommodate the new faucet. This was completely out of their control as to what was found and was handled without complaint or additional expense. This is a very reputable company who i will use again if the need arises

So glad that I found Brian on Angie's List. He really did a great job and I am so happy to know that I have such a true professional in my area. He was on time, quoted me a fair price, and installed my water heater that morning. He even offered to return to readjust the temperature if it did not meet my needs. I will definitely be using Brian for my plumbing needs.

I would definitely hire again. My top choice for plumbing service. (I've been price gouge before by an unreputable plumber). Highly recommended.

Jody Smith is an outstanding plumber. He is friendly and knows his trade. I am having him back to install shut off valves which have to be special ordered. I would highly recommend using him with any plumping issues. He is honest and does not try and us scare tactics with your existing plumbing fixtures.

The garbage disposal and basket strainer at my daughter's home nearby were cracked and leaking. At my home, the old bathroom faucets were unsightly. Also, the water levels in each of my 2 toilet bowls was slowly dropping until the toilet spontaneously flushed and refilled the bowl. Then the draining/flushing cycle would start over again. I had read on the internet that this problem was usually the result of a pipe under the house being obstructed or broken, so I dreaded what would have to be done. The plumber, Jodie, arrived on schedule. He diagnosed the toilet problems as simple leakage around crumbling, deteriorated gaskets inside the toilet tanks caused by the bleach tablets I always placed there. Jodie was very pleasant, polite and efficient. As he finished each task, he cleaned up the work area, wiped down surfaces and carted the debris to his truck. I am completely pleased with the Brian Hollinger service and highly recommend them.

I called prior to purchasing the deal online and scheduled a bathroom faucet install for next day. Jody came to my home and was extremely professional/knowledgeable and did a great job. Will definitely use again...Thank you!

Hollinger Plumbing called me approximately one half hour before appointment time to confirm. Jody arrived right at appointment time. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me pointers for any problems with faucet. I would definitely hire Brian Hollinger Plumbing again and ask for Jody. Job well done!

I called Brian Hollinger Plumbing because of the reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed in the least. My first contact was with Betsey, who was excellent! I was afraid I needed a new water heater, but Brian gave me the option of a new water heater or replacing the elements. He saved me a tremendous amount of money in a month that was really tight for me financially. You can be assured that when a new water heater is needed, I'll call Brian. Brian was friendly, professional and I am so thankful to now have a plumber that I can call and trust. He also suggested I obtain a water alarm since my hot water heater is in a place where I would not immediately notice if there was a leak. I followed his advice. He not only gave me hot water, but peace of mind as well!

I saw the deal on Angie's List and called their office. I spoke with a very friendly lady and she scheduled me an appt. for the next day Bruce came out and did a great job. My sink had two open round holes on it that I didn't have anyway to cover so he recommended using a part that came with the faucet to cover these. My sink looks so much better now. My old faucet was so rusted that it was a harder job than the ordinary faucet replacement.He was great about it. Bruce was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He will be the plumber that I call from now on.

I First spoke with Brian's Secretary Betsey, who was extremely polite, and efficient with her responses, and her follow through to let me know Brian was on his way was great. The service Brian provided was great. He was Courteous and Prompt. He made suggestions that would not cost me extra money, but he also made those suggestions that didn't compromise the quality or his professional integrity. I would highly recommend Hollinger Plumbing. I will use him for all of my needs in the future.

Jody showed up promptly at 9am as promised. Correctly diagnosed the situation and got to work immediately. Excellent job with the repairs and left the job in clean and repaired condition. Overall, one of the best experiences that I have encountered with contractors in our area. I will absolutely call Hollinger plumbing for any future needs. The front office/ scheduling , the plumber, and the follow up calls made us feel as though Hollinger plumbing appreciated our business and wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied.
