We purchased a deal online that was to replace an outside water bibb and do a inspection ot all the plumbing in the house. After I placed the order he called me the next day and schedule an appointment for the beginning of the next week. I also had him replace the whole house shut-off valvel and fix a loose faucet. Since then I called him to fix a leaking water faucet in my laundry room which he made time to come by that day to fix

We used Brian's company on two separate occasions. First, we bought a Big Deal and had a hose faucet replaced outside. The gentleman was prompt, quick & did a great job fixing our leaking faucet. Second, we had a leak under our kitchen sink & Brian came out the next day and fixed it within an hour. He was courteous, proficient & professional. Would definitely recommend.

Originally we had scheduled for the afternoon, but Brian called in the morning to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive earlier, which worked better for our schedule anyway.The work entailed having to turn off the water main and his having to leave to get the correct parts, which happens as we own a 60-year-old house, but he was able to turn the water back on for us while he was gone. He called after picking up the parts to let us know he was returning. He again turned off the water and repaired the problems. He was also able to accomodate my 'while you're here' request of installing a new shower head. After he was finished, he took the time to explain what he had done, what problems may await us in the future due to the age and condition of the 60-year-old plumbing. This is the second time we've used Brian and will call him for any future plumbing needs as he is punctual, courteous, and does a great job.

Showed up on time...did the work quickly....replaced an outdoor faucet pipe that was leaking like crazy when hooked up on a hose. New faucet works flawlessly.

I hired Brian's company to remove and replace a hot water heater at my mother in laws. After speaking with my mother in law, I called his company in the evening and left a message. He promptly called me early the next morning and we set up a time that same day to have the new hot water heater installed. I haven't been able to inspect the job, but based on what I know, everything went well. I would definitely recommend Brian Hollinger Plumbing, and we will use them again in the future.

They were responsive and they shared what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it.

It went good. The plumber Tom was extremely helpful and competent. He called to ask if he could come by earlier. So the job was inspected, and fixed earlier than planned on. He fixed the problem with the least possible interruption of time and material inside my house.

The first time the plumber put an air vent in the outside drain pipe. The drain was running but sluggishly. Finally it stopped draining. The second plumber who came removed the air vent, and unplugged the drain. The drain has worked very well since. We are very well pleased. Both gentlemen were pleasant and explained what they did. The first gentleman kept reminding us to give him a good rating for Angie's List....

This is the third time I have used Brian Hollinger Plumbing. Each time was a great experience. This time around I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my water line. The water pressure coming into my house from the main supply was too high and every time I used hot water the T&P valve would release water on the floor. I knew the excess pressure was not good for my plumbing so I wanted a pressure reducing valve installed. I made an appointment and Tom came out right on time. He installed the valve and set the incoming pressure to 55 psi. He also installed an additional valve that would keep the pressure from exceeding 75 psi inside the house when I use hot water. If it does, a small amount of water will be released outside to keep the pressure within a normal, safe range. He also cleaned and lubricated the shower handles in the hall bath. One handle was getting stuck and wouldn't shut off sometimes due to mineral deposits inside. It works fine now. He also removed the toilet in the hall bath, replaced the wax seal underneath because it was leaking and then reinstalled the toilet. No more leak. The work was perfect, the price was very fair, and both Brian and Tom are consummate professionals. The last time they were here I had a slab leak. Two other companies had told me I needed to have my entire house re-piped at a cost of many thousands of dollars. I simply wanted the bad cold water line replaced that was causing the slab leak. The other companies didn't want to do that, said it would cost so much money I should just re-pipe the whole house. I did not have the funds for that. Once again, Brian Hollinger Plumbing saved the day. They said of course they could just replace the one bad line. $550.00 and it was fixed. That is a fraction of what I would have spent to have the whole house re-piped. Brian Hollinger Plumbing is my plumbing company for life. It gives me great peace of mind knowing if I have a plumbing issue I can call them and they will be prompt, honest, knowledgeable and take care of the problem to my complete satisfaction for a very fair price. I heartily recommend them! :)

I needed a plumber right away. The leak detection company was at my home and found the leak that had been costing me a lot and wasting many thousands of gallons of potable water. Until it was fixed I would have to keep my water turned off. The first two plumbers I called were very pleasant, but were busy with jobs and could not get over that same day. Like the other two, I found Brian's company and excellent reviews on Angie's list. I called him and he was in my neighborhood working on two other jobs. In less than an hour, he was at my home fixing the leak. He was very professional and pleasant. He was quick and efficient with his work and offered a 10% discount to Angie's list members. He happily answered my many questions. I will certainly call him again if I ever need a plumber.

I remodeled my kitchen and added an island sink as part of the new design. These guys are experienced and professional. Showed up on time and never had to go to supplier for "parts" like most plumbers from the larger companies. Very clean installation. Worked performed included hot, cold and drain line install below slab and complete installation of all drain / water piping above grade to support the sink / disposal / DW. Been using for two months now and no problems to speak of. This is a small local company who seems to care about quality work and customer service. I would not think twice about using them again.

I unexpectedly needed to replace my hot water heater so I looked up Plumbers. I called 3 and then went to the Better Business Bureau Online to check them out. 2 had excellent records and I called them. Brian Hollinger answered the phone himself and was very customer friendly. He gave me a price and said he could get the work done that day. We agreed on the make and model of the water heater to be installed and he gave me a time later that day that his associate would be there. Tom showed up on time with the heater we had agreed to have installed. He went about replacing it in a very professional manner, explaining to me what he was doing and why. He was very knowlegable about the "whys" and "hows" of plumbing, and I was very impressed by his attention to detail and his thoroughness -- for example after I cleaned up the floor where the old heater had been, he went back there to sweep down the walls and to clean the baseboard too. He finished the installation, tested the system to make sure everything was working properly, then put back all the items he moved to access the electrical panel and then thoroughly cleaned the work area. Except for a new water heater, you would never have known he was ever there. He did a great job and will definitely use Brian Hollinger again.

BRIAN CAME OUT AND TOLD US WE DIDN'T NEED A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND HE FIXED THE OLD ONE WHICH IS WORKING FINE NOW. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A NEW DISPOSAL. HE CHANGED A WATER FILTER FOR ME THAT I COULDN'T REMOVE FROM IT'S HOLDER. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY NICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER.

After listening to him I knew I found the right person for rather difficult jobof removing an 35 year old cast iron tub and installing another Kohler 298 lbs cast iron. He had make changes as the new tub was wider by 2" and required the drain to be moved. If you need service call Brian and I think you willbe pleased!!

Last week I noticed the garbage disposal was not working and drain water from sink was backing up in dishwasher and vice-versa. Brian arrived to take care of this smelly mess early and ready to work this morning. He knew exactly how to fix it. Then cleaned out the garbage disposal and sanitized the dishwasher. Did not leave any mess behind. He installed new insides in toilet. His work is excellent. He is on time, very professional and knowledgeable of his field. I will definitely use him again.et

The service was excellent. The leak got fixed and he was very timely. I was happy with the service.

Brian did a great job. I had a clogged pipe to my septic system, so it was imperative that I got an appointment quickly. He showed up the same day, and even early. He took the time to show me the problem and everything was taken care of. He is priced fairly and very competent. Highly recommended.

The shower in the guest bathroom had a tempcontrol value installed when the house was built. Overtime the hot water lost pressure and it was luke warm at best. We attempted to adjust the value multiple times, but still no hot water. To replace the value was expensive and we really did not need it. I called Brian on Tuesday morning and he came Tuesday afternoon and removed the tempcontrol value and reworked the hot water line. We now have hot water and pressure again. Thank you Brian.
