We give Baby Guard an A+ rating. This is a great company, efficient, fairly priced, and honest. Steve came out to do an estimate and was very clear about our various options after chatting with us for a bit. He could have sold us a brand new pool fence, but he told us that our current fence was in great shape so we just needed holes drilled, new sleeves and some modifications. This saved us money and we appreciated the professionalism and honesty as well as his concern for the safety of our pool area. Chris came to do the install today and had good advice for us. He showed up on time and did the work beautifully after we discussed the layout of the pool and fence. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be very sure of the safety and security of their pool area.

I don't think I've ever been happier with a purchase! They gave me a free estimate the same day I requested one, made a recommendation for fence material based on the fact that we also have two large dogs, and the installation was extremely fast and easy. The two guys installing the fence were nice and professional. We have a young daughter and the fence is a huge peace of mind. We can really enjoy our backyard now and don't have to worry that she could accidently fall in the pool. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We've rebuilt our house top to bottom and run into all kinds of trades people and contractors. Working with Baby Guard was easy as can be. They came on time, explained everything, and in about a week, came and installed a nice looking baby fence around our pool. We are so very happy with it and wished everyone worked like they do. I chose this company based largely on the good reviews on Angie's List. We had a safety concern on the spacing of their fence on the dock and fence at the end of the property after the install. They did come out and fix it the next day which was much appreciated. Overall, Communication with office could have been more positive and clearer throughout the whole ordeal but at the end they made it right. The gentleman installing the fence worked really hard and did an excellent job. Would Recommend.

Our experience with this contractor was excellent. We called them up. They sent someone out the next day. They inspected the property. Showed us the options. Gave us a quote on site. We set up an appointment for installation. They showed up on time and got the baby fence installed that day. The fence looks amazing. Their suggestion on color and style was perfect.

As we had a recent addition to our family (a granddaughter), we decided to be proactive and have a pool fence installed and thus limit the baby's access to the pool once she becomes mobile in a few months. We called Baby Guard for an estimate, and got an appointment on a day and time that was convenient to us (Saturday, January 17). Ziggy (Sigmund) arrived right on time, interviewed us to understand what we exactly wanted. Then he started taking measurements and proposed a couple of ways we could have the installation done. We were able to choose one that seemed best to us. Ziggy then pulled out all his samples to show us what the pool fence would be constructed of and how it could look. He had two suggestions on which colors would look best. After trying several combinations we found one that suited our needs best. Ziggy compiled the estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised with the cost. The next Monday we called the office to setup an appointment for the installation. The next available date that suited us best was Saturday February 6. On February 6, Matthew arrived at the agreed upon time for the installation, and went right to work. He started measuring out where the holes should be drilled, drilled the holes, cleaned up, put the material together and installed the fence poles and mesh combination. When he was done he demonstrated how to use and operate the fence, especially the locking devices. He also left us caps to cover the holes incase we want to remove the fence (temporarily or permanently). After we inspected the finished product, we were presented with the bill, for which Matthew processed the payment immediately. The fence came out exactly as we wanted, (and how Ziggy had told us it would). Something that blended with the surroundings. We are so very happy with the product, and with the service. Thank you 'Baby Guard". Great job!

Only one person cake out and they installed the fence around my pool. The quality of the pool looks excellent. He was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. The guy who came out was very professional and he was finish quickly. He was very honest and did not try to sell me anything I did not want.

Two days after I called, the provider came out to give us an estimate, which was on a Saturday (the only time I was available). He was on time and very professional. He even called when he was on his way over. We were looking into this option to satisfy a permit issue with other fencing in our yard. We discussed that issue with him. He measured our pool and gave us a quote of $1500. We ultimately didn't need to install a new pool fence at this time (we were able to upgrade our existing fencing to satisfy the permit). Due to his professionalism and the quality of the sample materials he brought, and the fact that they use American made components, when we do upgrade our pool fencing we plan to go with them.

After the free estimate was complete, the schedule it for the following week. The tech was on site for 1.5 hours and did a great job, it looks great, thanks!

Great service from start to end. Salesman Zigmund came and recommended any what was needed to pressure to buy. Appointment was set and installers came right on time. Installer Chris did a great job on install asking where we wanted everything placed, answered all the questions, and cleaned up after themselves when done. Only thing that went wrong was they were out of the deck caps but said they would get it to me as soon as they arrived.

We purchased a home with an existing baby guard fence but had problems with it. I called and had a technician come out right away. They quickly found my problem, resolved it and made sure all the pieces were in working condition. I spoke with Kara when I called to make the appointment and she was up front about all of the prices and very accommodating. I believe that the tech that came out was Matthew and he was prompt, professional and did exactly what we needed him to do! I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. I cannot even begin to describe what a wonderful company this is to do business with. From the initial phone call all the way through the installation, they were simply an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were given plenty of sound advice and several choices cost-wise so we could decide what fit our budget. No high pressure sales whatsoever. They were prompt and professional and the job was completed when promised at the exact price quoted and the quality of their product is first class. We would highly, highly recommend them without hesitation.

They were great. The pool fence looks good and I have peace of mind that my little one is safe. It also ended up being slightly less than my original estimate which was a nice bonus.

They were altogether excellent. Very polite when I called and they came out the next day. They examined the site and gave a solid estimate and provided literature. They gave estimates both with and without a self-closing gate (the gate doubled the estimated price) and even advised that in this case the gate was not really necessary. After my wife and I discussed it, we decided to go with the gate anyway, for convenience sake, but we really appreciated them not trying to upsell us on it. We called them the next day and were able to schedule them to come out a few days later. The installation was this morning. They arrived promptly and were very polite and professional. They explained everything clearly, both the job and the warranty, and were anxious to ensure that the tension on the gate - which controls the speed at which it auto-closes - was set how we preferred. And they left the work area around the pool deck looking great. The fence looks sharp and, as a parent of a toddler, the peace of mind is just invaluable. We couldn't be happier with Baby Guard and their work.

I called for an estimate on a Wednesday, they came out the following day, and installed the fence five days later! The workers were all very pleasant and professional and they did a fantsatic job with the fence...it looks great and I can sleep at night knowing that its up and my 22 month old is safe.
