I was very satisfied with their service. They did a very good job and completed it in a timely mannor.

Anthony is very conscientious and a true craftsman. He may not provide a firm quote for the work up front, but prefers to quote number of days or weeks needed at a daily labor rate. Any materials needed that I did not purchase, he purchased and kept all receipts (no mark up). He requires some cash up front for material procurement. Everything was done very professionally and within the timeframe quoted. Anthony is particularly skilled at laying porcelain and ceramic tile...clean and accurate. Vanity required all new plumbing to accommodate two new sinks, as well as new electrical runs for ceiling and wall lights, all done cleanly. His demolition work to remove the old shower and tiles all done cleanly as well. Between demo and install work, Anthony fixed a number of problems and can really do any type of repair and improvement. Highly recommended. Should also note that he did most of the work while we were away, w/o any issues. Trustworthy. Will definitely use Anthony for future work.

Anthony did very good job. He is punctual, efficient, and professional. His rates are very reasonable, and I highly recommend his services. I wouldn't hesitate to call Anthony in the future.

The ceramic tiles in my 6 year old outdoor kitchen cracked and popped this spring following our cold and wet winter. Tony was selected as he is highly rated on Angie's List and he presented himself well when giving an estimate. He stated the original job had been poorly done, with no moisture barrier, and that everything would have to be torn up and replaced. He is very busy, and it was going to be a 4-5 day job, so we had to wait 10 weeks (from late June to early September) for the work to be done. It was worth the wait. Tony is very methodical, a measure twice cut once type of guy. He is thorough and his workmanship was evident through the job. We particularly liked his recommended tile. Very classy and it fit in well the with the rest of the decor. We won't hesitate to use him again. Great job!

Very well. My one complaint that I wasn't courageous enough to address is that Anthony charges a flat hourly rate on which he bases his estimate. Often, it seemed as if he worked less hours than I had agreed to, though in the end the work was done, and done well. I felt I overpaid based on his price structure, and he should have mentioned that it might mean he would take off for the day even though the daily hour estimate was more. The base cabinet was late in arriving, and because it came after his agreed upon time, he did not come back to install it, even though he was able to bank that time in the estimate. Get the agreement completely understood.

He was on time and works very fast. He was professional and cleaned up after himself.

This experience was great from the start! I had several estimates and most were significantly higher than the estimate from Anthony. Anthony was extremely patient and there was no pressure whatsoever. The main project was to remove the old shower system and build a new shower. I asked Anthony when he came over to start the bathroom if he could also fix a wall that previously had mirrors on it and was a big mess. Not only did he fix the wall, he did so many other repairs that I lost count. He fixed an electrical outlet, installed 2 fans, installed an oven hood, fixed screen/front door, installed security lock). His work is terrific!!! He's a true professional and excellent at his craft. He's also a super nice, trustworthy guy (provided all receipts for supplies). I can't wait until I can have Anthony come back to work on my kitchen and the other bathroom.

Anthony knew exactly what was needed to do from the start. He was able to use wood we had available for the mirror frames. He only charged us for the basic supplies; the rest was for labor.

Anthony Palermo is very hard-working, intelligent and creative. We feel lucky to have found such a reliable person who we could trust to do wonderful work when we were not able to be there. He is very much in demand because of these qualities so we are grateful to Angie's list for allowing us to meet Anthony when we didn't know exactly where to turn. At first, we only spoke on the phone and he emailed photos of some examples of his work. I needed to renovate a 950-sf WPB condo from the 1970s while living mostly in NYC and had no idea exactly what I wanted at first, just selective demolition and clearing out the place of mold and old furniture. After he took out a wall between the kitchen and the living area, we met in person and I asked Anthony if he would work with me 'in phases' to realize what I was after. It was a Slow-Movement Renovation which took me 3 trips south to realize.. He complied beautifully. The space looks so open and Floridian now with white-washed wood laminate flooring that looks like tile, real tile in the bathrooms to match, a white kitchen including a countertop he custom made, new plumbing, lighting and fan fixtures throughout and the broken features I wanted to keep he got to work again. I kept the original bath and shower surrounds and I also loved the original, cool bathroom counters and he fitted new vanities to them. He replaced all the electrical and added some for my home office needs. He installed a terrific full-room ceiling track system so I could change curtains and panels easily. The only piece of furniture I kept from before was a french reproduction headboard in apricot and raw cotton which inspired the coloration throughout: yellow, orange and gold on off-white and white. Now the whole place looks twice as big and as if it's floating on the lake that is our view. THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST and ANTHONY PALERMO!

Anthony was fantastic and very professional. I couldn't say better things about him. Unfortunately I did not end up using him for reasons that were not his fault. I liked his professionalism and problem solving abilities. He was a nice guy and that certainly goes a long way for me. He was polite and punctual. I have nothing negative to say, which is unusual for a contractor.

He was very punctual and arrived when he said he would. I?ve been very disappointed with other contractors not showing up. Anthony came in and worked with my designer to get the job done. He devotes all his time to one project at a time. None of this two hours here, go to another job and come back in a week. If there is any waiting on materials, he makes full use of the time shifting to other tasks, such as installing a pull down attic door in the garage and then organizing the garage installing new cabinets. I can?t recommend this guy highly enough.

I wasn't confortable with the way the estimate was accomplished. It seems to be a "guesstimate" rather than an actual labor/material costing.

They did a good job. Their price was good. The only problem I had is that we had to go buy everything ourselves and he installed them. Sometimes I would think that the contractors would get a better price than what we could get. We bought our own tub and our own fixtures. He got the material like drywall and studs and so on. The quality of work was great. I really liked him a lot and I used him again a month later.

this experience was a complete rewarding and satisfactory time. The work Anthony completed was nothing short of perfect. It is very easy for me to recommend Anthony for any job. There is probably nothing in the remodeling field that he can't do.

Although Anthony ran into some difficulty with the way the original toliet was installed, he made professional decisions and the job went smoothly.

Very good and we're extremely pleased. Anthony started on time, was punctual every day, working through lunch three of the four days he was here. I worked with him two of the four days, helping install drainage, digging ditches, installing water lines, helped with cabinet install, and made the hardware store runs. Anthony didn't mind my assistance even when my help was truly unnecessary and we worked really well as a team. I've already identified a couple of other jobs we'll work through his company this year. I like the fact that at least as of now, he charges clients by the hour for labor and this 'time and materials' based approach really worked for me. I new exactly how much materials cost since I was paying for them as we moved through the project. We'd simply add up the receipts and agree on the time worked for the day and add all that up for the final cost. No mark ups for materials, or any surprises - simply time and materials.

He is very easy to work with, and he does all of the shopping, which is nice. You can just tell him what you want and he will get it. He is also very observant, and if he noticed anything small broken he fixed it. His custom made furniture is beautiful, and if I need anything done, he is the first one I will call. He thinks outside the box and comes up with innovative ideas, and he makes suggestions and offers advice that really change the look of the house. I have recommended him to all of my friends, and they love him as well.

Everything was absolutely excellent. His prices were great, he was on time, and he was on top of everything. I was extremely pleased with everything he did. I will absolutely use him again, and I have recommended him to other people.

Everything went very well, and they did a good job. He was there quickly, and the prices were reasonable. It s still working, so I am happy.

I called him because of his high recommendation on Angie's List and he promptly responded and came out within a day or two. He purchased the water heater for me, delivered it, installed it with no problems and in a reasonable time. The cost was a little over the estimate, but it was due to the increase in the cost of the water heater, not his time.

Anthony was punctual and worked non-stop the entire day. I had so much work for him that we added a second day to the schedule. His work and work ethic are excellent.
