ONE WORD---DISASTER!! Anthony Palermo and company, at first, accomplished a nice outcome. That is, the work appeared to be of Quality standards. When I arrived home after 4 months I was pleased how everything appeared. No more than 24 hrs. after arriving home and turning on water, my kitchen sink had a leak which I then repaired. Then the very next day, I awoke to find myself standing in ankle high water from dishwasher hose rodent damage destroying most of my new laminate floor and drywall. Immediately I called Anthony Palermo and water/mold extraction company for help. At first, Anthony came over but offered very little help nor support. Immediately while cleaning out mold/water, I contacted Highly respected Rodent experts for their opinion and estimates. All 3 exterminators claimed the Bathroom remodelers caused rodent entry. Also the other plumber commented that it was the fault of the remodeling. I lived in this condo for 4 years and the condo itself was built 40 years ago with any problem or evidence of rodent invasion. After hiring water/mold extraction company, 4 days later realized an additional leak occurred causing extensive furniture and wall damage. Again, I called Anthony for help and support. He sent Ben over to remove Kitchen cabinet and had to hire another plumber for that repair. Once all the water and mold damage ended it was time for repairs of wall and flooring. It required 3 phone calls for Anthony for him to come over and judge the repairs necessary. This is where the Disaster continues. Anthony came over to assess damages and gave me a quote on repairs only, no material. I tried to make Anthony understand that this disaster is a direct result of his time in/out of my condo and felt that he can reconcile on the repairs. Anthony argued he had no part in this problem and he MUST get paid what he wants. I witnessed a contractor who only cared about profits and NO concern for a customer who paid him $15,700.00 cash. and no consideration in the disaster I am still going through. Again He had total control of property for the months I was not here and the problem started the day after I came home.

My husband is disabled and I want to keep him at home as long as possible. To do this I needed to convert the relatively small guest bathroom into a handicap accessible space with enough room to accommodate him, a wheelchair, and me or an aide. Anthony, the owner of Atlantic Shores, and his son, Stephen, performed the job on time, on budget, and to perfection! They gutted the entire bathroom, replaced the tub with a beautiful tiled shower, and replaced the toilet, vanity, and sink. The also retiled the floor. The bathroom looks wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased. Anthony and his son were a joy to have in our home. Their banter back and forth had me laughing at times. They worked so well together and really seemed to enjoy what they do. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. They were here every day at the stated time, 8:00 a.m. At the end of each day they cleaned up before leaving and they kept me informed of their plans. On the final day, they made sure everything was working and they swept, vacuumed, and cleaned up the mess in the garage and hauled out all the trash to the curb for me. In addition to the bathroom they installed a grab bar in the second bathroom, a ceiling fan in the den, a pull down staircase in the garage and did a few other minor repairs for me. At some point I would like to update the master bedroom and I will not hesitate to call on Atlantic Shore Home Improvement again. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing their services and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Simply Outstanding. Trustworthy, hard worker and clean. I had to leave him a few days on his own and he kept me up to date. He locked up and sent texted me pictures of the progress daily. A real hard working guy that does the work himself. No worries of different guys showing up. Real solid person and WILL use him again for my next project! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Anthony Palermo, owner and operator of Atlantic Shore Home Improvement. Its contractors like him that are the reason I signed up for Angie's list. He's a humble, down to earth, no nonsense, punctual, hard working guy. He was upfront and thorough right from the start on what services he could perform in remodeling my kitchen. From the first time I called him (he always picks up his cell phone or calls back very shortly after) I knew he would be excellent to work with. No sales pitches, just realistic facts, figures, and time frames. He is obviously is high demand for a bunch of bigger scale jobs and though my job wasn't a very large one, he treated it with kid gloves from the start and assured me the job would be done to perfection; he settles for nothing less. My kitchen, while small, presented some logistical problems in the way it was originally laid out, things weren't measured correctly and there were definite challenges Anthony had to deal with. He explained these features right from the start and was able to not only beautify my kitchen and modernize it, but also able to fix problems that had lingered for years prior. I really can't say enough on how professional Anthony and his crew were and how much my mind was at ease knowing that once he started, he was going to knock the job out in consecutive days. He doesn't take on a dozen jobs at once like most contractors, rather, he starts and completes just a few before moving forward. He said he would start each day at 8am and he was there at 7:50am. Just plain old reliable, old fashioned business ethics. I would highly recommend Anthony and his team for anyone tired of the big showrooms, pushy sales people who can't relate to the actual work performed because they are never on site, fancy slogans, and companies who put greed and sales volume before service and accountability. He's the last of a lost breed of craftsman (especially down here in South Florida). Trust him and rest assure that you are dealing with the best!

Anthony was wonderful to work with. Responsive to calls and came out and did the estimate quickly. Started my project within 3 weeks. Total project took just under two weeks and Anthony and his son did all the work. Showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done. Gave very good suggestions and was willing to talk through design choices. Finished project was beautiful! Anthony takes great pride in the work that he does and if you hire him you will get a great product. I plan to use him again when I'm ready to do my next bathroom.

Anthony and Ben, exceeded our expectations from day 1. Anthony was extremely conciencious of each and everything he touched. He had an eye for design and made several suggestions to us that we didn't think of originally and he was spot on! Anthony is a dedicated craftsman and there are very few of his kind out there. I will not only hire him again(probably next year for another bathroom) but would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE!!! DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE as I called 3 of Angie's List top providers and 1 of them didnt show after the initial survey and 1 was so negative when he arrived for the estimate that i asked him to leave. Atlantic Shores is the ONLY way to go for ANY home improvement in Palm Beach County!

Anthony took a look, stated his price and we shook hands - three weeks later I rolled my wheelchair into the shower and turned on the water. The job was completed one week ahead of schedule and we had a bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Anthony made some suggestions that turn out perfect. We now have a ADA bath that will serve this family for years, it made an elegant addition to the home. He was organized, on time and tidy. You can't possibly find a better solution to a rehab job. My only problem with Anthony is we now look at every other part of the house a jaundice eye - change is in the air.

Ben and Anthony do outstanding work, waste no time, and are very conscientious people. You can be sure the work will be done right and on time. They are a pleasure to work with and we are fortunate to have found them, all through Angie's List.

Anthony Palermo is great! He knows his craft. We had a leaking shower bench that was built into the wall directly underneath the shower; water was running out of the bottom of the bench through the grout/caulking. He removed the bench, cleaned up the mess that was created by the leak, told us how to find matching tile for both the floor and wall, which he then replaced. He came on time and did a beautiful job. We highly recommend him.

He did a great job. I was quite pleased. He was very honest and trustworthy. My bathroom looks fabulous.

FRG D & C (Atlantic Shore Home Improvement) did an excellent job from start to finish. Anthony Palermo gave me a fair price for the labor involved to complete my kitchen remodel. He also worked closely with my cabinet designer. He was always on the job site and returned phone calls. His work was perfection and exceeded my expectations. When my wife and I arrived at our condo after the job was complete we were pleasantly surprised how clean he kept our apartment. I have NO complaints with his craftsmanship or his work ethic and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home or apartment in south Florida..

Anthony Palermo is hard-working, punctual and extremely professional. We agreed on the job to be done on a handshake and Anthony never disappointed. He is detail-oriented, just exactly what you want in a craftsman. As opposed to many companies, Anthony does not ask for payment in advance, rather as the job progresses. He takes great pride in a job well-done. When he sees a problem he fixes it. There is never just a bandaid. For example, the toilet flange that fastens the toilet to the floor (which you never see) was rusted. He didn't just re-use it, he replaced it so as to not have a problem down the road. The old adage of "measure twice, cut once" certainly applies to Anthony. He made sure that he got our old walls in plumb so that the tile job, including border trim, would be beautiful. He helped us in all aspects of this job, including referrals for a tub refinisher and counter-top fabricator, both great referrals. We entrusted our home (and dog) to Anthony! Our dog certainly enjoyed the occasional cookies from "Uncle Anthony"! We enjoyed coming home every day to see what magical things Anthony had done! We can't express what a joy it is to see these bathrooms every day! We will definitely use Anthony's company for future projects in our home and recommend him to all.

We have never had such skilled craftsmen as Anthony and Ben work on our other previous projects before. We will definitely hire them again in the future. ,

Anthony is prompt. He works quickly. Nice man - a gentleman. His work looks good. I am very very pleased and will use him again for another bathroom project.

I had a cabinet fall off the wall and it collapsed. He came out fixed it, and put it back up. The job was done perfectly. I really enjoyed his work, he was on time, and he finished it when he said he was going to.

It went absolutely perfect. The gentleman was always on time, very professional, knowledgeable and perfectionist and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.

My bathrooms and laundry room are beautiful, and as I said, he finished everything right when he said he would. He told us it would take one week for our laundry room (the cost for the laundry room is above), two for a small bathroom that we changed everything in (location of shower, toilet and sink), and three for our larger master bathroom, that where we moved a wall and added a lot of pipes etc.. He is also a creative carpenter when necessary, and managed to fit a medicine cabinet into a wall with a sewer line running down it, and make a corner storage area in our laundry room under the counter top so the space wouldn't be wasted. He did our laundry room while we were out of town, and I trust him completely with my house key. The only thing you have to remember is to have all of your materials in house before he begins, because if your cabinets are late or you don't have fixtures, you will throw off his schedule. I was really pushing the cabinet guy on our master bathroom, as he was behind schedule and almost held things up, so plan ahead with your materials and leave some leeway. Anthony is always booked several months ahead, and will have another job starting the week after your job is supposed to finish, so it can be a problem if your materials aren't ready. I'll definitely be using him for my kitchen when the time comes!

Anthony was timely with a call back and arrived on time for an estimate for the work. He was straightforward and clear with a description of what was required to complete both tasks. I was having difficulty finding a professional who knew how to install an attic lift. Anthony reviewed the process and gave a fair quote. Work was started and completed within the quoted time frame. Completed work was perfect and cost was on target.

Ben promptly arrived and moved the bedroom door from one wall to another wall as I had requested. He had to fill in the wallboard and apply a "knockdown" finish (so it matched the rest of the wall). Great job! He also had to move wiring and light switches in connection with this movement of the door. He then remade a bathroom ceiling box for a light fixture that was woefully in disrepair. He put in two hi-hat cans and finished the ceiling off beautifully. In the same bathroom, he removed an old "in the wall" medicine chest and replaced the wallboard and finished it off so you never know it had been there. He also installed a big Triple Mirrored medicine chest above the vanity sink. Ben also removed two white cabinets and a bar sink and fixtures that were in the living room. He had to cap off the water pipes so they could fit behind the new cabinet he installed. He fixed all the damaged areas in the wall from the previous cabinet installation and smoothed it all out. It is just perfect. I am thankful I found Atlantic Shore Home Improvement on Angies List because they do excellent work, and are both professional and personable. I am also thankful they finished the job so soon. I will be calling them again for other things I will need done

I had found Anthony on Angie's list back in May and had brought him in for what was essentially an interview for our master bathroom remodel. We spoke for nearly 45 minutes that day, out-lying what my wife and I had in mind, what the job entailed, payment, expectations, etc. Anthony gave us a nice list of homework till hold us over till he was available at the end of July: we were in charge of picking out and ordering the new floor tile, glass subway tile, shower floor tile, vanity, light fixture, etc. By the time July 22 came and it was time for Anthony to start work, we were more than ready to start and Anthony moved quickly in the demo stage of the remodel. Anthony kept us up to date with little progress reports almost every day, and provided excellent and truthful communication: a rarity in his field. Anthony is perfectionist, another lost character trait in today's world, and something we were extremely appreciative of during this process. Unfortunately, we ran into a major problem in week two that was totally not Anthony's fault. The business that we had bought the glass subway tiles, quartz countertop, and shower floor from was the worst experience of my adult life. The subway tiles that were going up in the shower, that was the centerpiece of the entire bathroom remodel was ordered wrong by the people at the store. My wife and I were in a panic. The remodel could not continue without these tiles. However, Anthony came to the rescue by finding an almost identical match at a outlet warehouse in West Palm, and in the process saved us over a $1,000 from the cost of the original subway tile that we had ordered. Anthony even got a contact for us to use for the shower glass door. He called up his guy based in West Palm and made a great recommendation of a local glass place here in Stuart. (Side note, Anthony does most of his jobs in Palm Beach County and was not the familiar with the Stuart-Treasure Coast area, but believe me, his services could be used in Martin County) After the issue with the glass subway tiles was resolved, Anthony got back to work and finished the bathroom remodel. The bathroom was a coastal chic inspired theme with aqua/teal glass subway tiles in the shower, white octagon floor tile, white wainscoating, and an island rock mix shower floor. It came out exactly how my wife pieced it together on her pinterest. Anthony made our dream a reality. Overall, Anthony was a clean worker. He did the majority of his cutting, sanding, etc in our garage/driveway. He even brought out all of the garbage on the correct day of our city's bulk pickup. Like stated earlier, Anthony maintained strong communication between himself and my wife and I, calling or texting us if he had a question about a decision or option, always getting with us first before completing a part of a job. I would definitely recommend Anthony, as finding the quality and precision of his work is nearly impossible. Anthony takes great pride in the finished project and made the remodel as smooth as it could be. Anthony is a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for, and I am a person that would rather pay more for a job to be done right the first time, than cutting corners and hiring a contractor that is a BS artist who doesn't know what he is doing. You could tell Anthony has over 30 years of experience due to his good customer service skills and quality of work.

Anthony was wonderful! Actually he showed up early as he was to come to our home in the afternoon and came in the morning. Most impressive was he showed up ready to work and had all the equipment he needed with him. He was a lifesaver and I definitely would use him again and recommend him to anyone who has handyman issues.
