Paiva, never responded to my “Letter Of Demand” from: October 2023, and will not return my 11K deposit. This is Criminal, found in Fl.Chapter 489. We have a signed contract from May 2022 ! HIRED AMERICAN ONE ROOFING BACK 02/2023 WAS TOLD THAT ROOF WILL BE COMPLETE BY SEPTEMBER AND TILE WAS ORDERED IN FEBRUARY GAVE THEM OVER $35K AND FOUND OUT FROM MY TILE MANUFACTOR THAT MY TILE HAS BEEN READY SINCE AUGUST AND BECAUSE RAFAEL OWNER HAS NOT PAID THE SUPPLIER, SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE HAS BEEN VICTIM OF TAKING THEIR MONEY AS PER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY ARE REVOKED BBB . I AM SUPPOSED TO GIVE THEM AN OTHER $19500 AFTER PEEL AND STICK WHICH IS DONE THANK GOD BUT REQUESTED PROOF THAT MY TILE WAS PAID FOR HE REFUSED, I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM AN OTHER PENNY BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE HE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SINCE HE IS BEING EVICTED OUT OF HIS BELEVEDRE LOCATION AS PER PALM BEACH COUNTY COURT RECORDS... PLEASE BUYER BE AWARE

UPDATE!!!!!!!! The owner, Rafael Paiva has dissolved his company American One Roofing. He did not respond to our demand letter and the lawsuit that we filed against him was also never responded to. The company was dissolved on September 23, 2023, six days prior to the requirement to respond to my lawsuit. He has stolen several clients money after dissolving his business. No doubt he will try and open another roof company under a different LLC because that's what these criminals do. Make sure you research the company you hire and if Rafael Paiva is involved at all, STAY AWAY. A warning to all about this company American One Roofing out of West Palm Beach. If I could give this company less than a one star rating I would. The owner took a 50% deposit from me of $35k in October of 2022 for a full metal roof replacement and told me it would be 4-6 weeks for my new roof to be installed. From there I received little to no communication whatsoever. I reached out more times than I can count via phone, text message and email and I would maybe receive back some BS response via text message that would say “I’ll call you back” or “I’m on a roof give me a few”. I was able to get two scheduled calls with the owner both for 11am and when I called, the phone would go straight to voicemail or I got no answer at all. In the course of my trying to find out what is going on, I found out that the material for my roof was never even ordered in February of 2023. Five months AFTER I gave my 50% deposit. I tried and tried and tried some more to get this resolved amicably and I was extremely patient through the process. I finally requested a full refund in May 2023 and the owner responded that I would have a full refund in two weeks. I never received a refund to date. A demand letter for my deposit was sent with a request for a response within a limited timeframe and that demand letter went unanswered. I lost a home sale due to the age of my roof and my insurance went to $14k per year from $7500. I have never in over 25 years of doing business have encountered such BS and I have never been lied to so much by one company and one person. I would VERY STRONGLY recommend you NEVER use American One Roofing company for anything EVER!!!

From inception, Rafael was very congenial via phone and was able to come to my home in short order. He walked me through step by step on the origin of my issues and was able to properly evaluate the necessary immediate repairs and recommended long term preventive maintenance. All work was done same day and there have been zero issues since. Considering the amount of rain received in the several days following, I can say the issue has been permanently fixed (which was not done by the previous roofing company). Pricing is fair and would certainly recommend his services to others. I will be using him in the future for any repairs and routine maintenance to prevent issues from arising again. A+ to American One Roofing, definitely one of the better vendors in the West Palm/Wellington area.

Fantastic! I had a really short notice from my lender, i.e. either I had same day inspection, or the whole deal were busted - and that was for the short sale we were waiting for 3 months! Rafael was able to get to the house in just 2 hours after my call, did an inspection and provided cert letter right after that. This was THE BEST service I ever had. Thank you Rafael!

American One (Rafael) was very professional and responsive. The quote they provide was very competitive and detailed. The completed job was outstanding, including follow up documentation detailing the work that had been done. All work was completed as described, on schedule,and exceeded expectations.
