I continued to have problems and when I attempted to call it almost always went to their voicemail, and the voicemail box is always full so I can never leave a message. I've only had about 5 days of clear pool water over the last 3 months. When they come in on Monday's to service my pool it always covered in muck again, which to me makes me think what are they doing wrong if it's like this every week. They said they don't want to work with me because there is something wrong with my pool...well that is what I called them for! I hired them because I knew something was wrong and needed it fixed! I'll be surprised if they are in business next year if this is how they operate.

They were awesome! Came every Monday and did a terrific job. I just bought a new home in 2014 and am having them service this one too!

I can always rely on his knowledge and expertise whenever I have any problems. We couldn't be happier with our switch from chlorinated water to salt water after his recommendation. Nick is great about keeping scheduled appointments, and the Pool Genie cost less than my previous one which was broken, but it runs just as well. My only concern is that special requests or projects might slip his mind occasionally.
