The service turned out well.

My experience with them was horrible. They tried to rip me off for things I did not need. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies. They wanted to replace some major parts of my air conditioner and charge me well over $500. A friend of my wife's came over and for the total of $100, we got everything fixed.

It was fine. They were very good. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, and were very courteous.

AC solutions was prompt.They arrived with a professional demeanor and did a professioal job. When I had problems at my home, last weemend, they showed up first thing Monday morning to fix problem. I woukd never use anyone else.

Don't touch a thermostat without the proper knowledge of the system.

The service technicians were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. They calibrated and leveled the thermostat; took out the old filter; lubricated the fan motor; flushed the condensate drain & added tablets; inspected the condenser coil; inspected the safety devices; monitored the fan motor volts and amps; tightened all electrical contacts, tested/checked contactor for pitting; tested and inspected capacitors; inspected the fan bladed, cleaned condenser coil and removed debris; inspected service valves; and even pulled out accumulated dryer lint from the outside escape vent. The technicians handled everything in a professional manner and explained what they were doing every step of the way.

The inspection exceeded my expectations. It was very thorough. They were easy to communicate with by email and phone and in person. The service tech was very competent, and courteous. He did an excellent job. It's nice to know that the unit is running very efficiently.

Great price. I called 30 AC/Heating companies and their quote for was $400 lower than the next closet quote. Many were up to and over $2,000 more. They showed up on time and treated my property with respect! A team of 3 arrived at 9:15 am and looked over the current system. They quickly removed the old unit and replaced both the interior Air Handler and exterior Condenser with a new Armana unit. I was unfamiliar with this brand so looked it up on line and the company seems to make a legit quality product. The Sear (efficiency rating) better than average at 13 (12 would be normal and 15 would be the best). The owner explained that he uses these units on most of the houses he changes out. He stated that it is a good quality unit with very few problems. A/C Solutions also backed up the unit for 10 years and 2 years for labor. That was the best warranty I found. They did a very good job and followed up on all the details. They tested the system before departing and cleaned up!
