We have been in business for 14 years. We are a small business with 2 employees, servicing areas from Stuart to Lake Worth. We do not use subcontractors. Free quotes available. Discount for senior citizens over 65. The owner of the comapny Sean P Helsel is a true Floridian born in Jacsonville, FL and raised in South Florida. We got our name from the story of "A Barefoot Mailman" a little bit of Forida history.

Sean was great, we would use him again should the need arise. We also recommend his company to friends.
Description of Work: We had a leak in one of our bathrooms and Sean was great at diagnosing the issue quickly and calling out a company to clean the septic tank. He also went the extra mile to fix issues with all of our bathrooms and replacing necessary parts. He will only recommend those services you need and won't try to upsell or sell you something you do not need. We have also recommended him to friends and he has done outstanding service for them as well.

The project went well as I was met at the job site by Sean and developed a plan to complete it. We determined a date and time for him to arrive with the new heater and associated parts. He allowed me to assist and be present at all times. Some delay was experienced on the day of the install but was understandable. No hesitation in proceeding to complete the project. I thought that the cost would be about 15 - 20% less.
Description of Work: The job was too fabricate sections of new piping and remove and replace a hot water heater. Sean displayed seasoned knowledge of the craft and made several upgrades to ensure extended "service-life" for the new heater. He also provided help in logistics and awareness of the electrical aspects of the job. Good leader to help guide projects.
