It was great, they were very professional, on time, they went out on their way to make sure they did a good job and they did the job very fast. The owner of the company made sure that everybody did their job, make sure everything was being done correctly and he was very knowledgeable of what he is doing.

The experience was great. I have used them several times.

I needed to have 4 trees removed after Irma. I had 5 estimates done with prices ranging from $7,500 to $3,200. I went with Your Tree Services and was very impressed. They arrived on time, were very professional, had all the necessary paperwork, was a BBB company, left the place looking better than they arrived and did a great job on the tree removals and trimming. So nice to work with a company that prides itself on their work!

The appointment was never set and follow up was poor. They called once to set the appointment, but neither of us followed up in a timely manner. I recommend you proactively set and manage your appointment, as refunds take an effort to acquire.

After watching how Jon systematically took that tree down in what seemed like no time (I was amazed), there was no question that this guy knows what he's doing. It was less than a foot from a fence and he never even came close to dropping anything on the fence. All of his crew were courteous and clearly knew what they were doing, too. I highly recommend these guys if you need a tree removed.

We had a meddlesome mid-sized live oak wreaking havoc on the plumbing lines in our front yard as well as killing every shred of grass we had with it's itty-bitty dead leaves. John came out to see us in a quick and timely fashion to offer a quote and was very thorough when it came to showing me they are licensed and insured and assessing the necessary permits for the work. He let me know up front that awaiting a permit from the city might take some time, but once the permit was received though, they rescheduled with me and arrived on time, and were finished in a flash! They took down the entire tree, ground the stump, and had hauled away all the debris leaving my yard clean and nuisance free. The owner of the company was present and guiding the crew during the job and kept them clear of the cars and house and were finished in what may have been less than an hour! They were all courteous, well-trained and pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone over and over again. Thank you all for a job well done!

Excellent! Arrived on time, prepared for the job, explained again what they were going to do and what to expect. Had all the equipment they needed and cleaned the property up and hauled away the debris. When several other companies gave us a long lead times and much higher prices, they are looking for business relationships not just a quick sale. We will continue to use them to maintain our trees and shrubs on the property., We would recommend other not to waste their time shopping around for tree services, just call Your Tree Services save yourself a lot of time and a ton of money and get the job done right! Jon was awesome, showed up for consultation on time. Called me back on the day he said he would to schedule appt for the work. I arrived home after work was complete on the day quoted to an INCREDIBLE Results!!!!! I am very pleased and will use them again!

It went terrific! There were 4 workers who were very professional, and went right to work. They cut my trees down, took them out to the street, and put them through the wood chipper they had brought with them. Then they used a machine to grind out the stumps, being very careful not to disturb my flower beds. They removed my landscape timbers to get the machine in place in front of the stumps. Afterwards, they raked the shredded tree pieces back, replaced my landscape fabric, the timbers, and even blew the wood pieces off the driveway. And before they left, they made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire them again.

Great work. Efficient crew completed the job within the timeline quoted. Cleaned the area after all the trees trimmed. Will use the company for some additional tree work that I need. Strong recommendation.

They were earlier for the estimate and early for the actual trim (it kind of threw my schedule off but no biggie). I was super impressed. I have owned my home for 23 years and trimmed the tree around 18-20 times. This by far was the best experience I have had. The team worked well together. Effort was used to avoid any damage. Everything was done with excellence. They will be returning in 12 mo. Thanks for great service!

Our initial appointment was at noon last week. He showed up at 1p. The impression was given that this was to get the job done but it turns out it was just to give an estimate. Our appointment for the job was for 11am and Your Tree Services arrived at 810am. Luckily I was home and was fine to get it done early. But this might be an issue if you keep a tight schedule. Note: it was a 3 man crew. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! BUT: At 905a they had cleaned up and were packed and half the crew had left for next job. I was asked to pay the additional $100. I showed him the deal. 4 labor hours for $199 and his 3 men were done in an hour so I felt we should good as I had already paid the $199 through Angie's List. Keep in mind I was speaking to the owner of the company. What proceeded was LOTS of push back and trying to get the additional funds including: - "We worked VERY hard. Maybe we should have dragged our feet to draw it out." (this just seems to smack of unprofessionalism. To say that you will NOT do you best work or take your time to get more money from he consumer) - That the time "should include drive time" to the job. (My response was that I don't get paid for the time it takes me to drive to work) - When I said I would split the difference and give him $50. He looked disgruntled and said "keep your $100". And walked away. - Minutes later the doorbell rang. And he was civil but clearly not happy and pushing. "The Estimate said it would cost more", so he INSISTED that I should pay the extra funds. I said I would pay but I would contact Angie's List about this matter. He again said "Keep your 100 bucks." fairly disgusted. - He reiterated he could have dragged his feet and that I got "a $450 for $200." And left. I stand by my decision. I paid $199 for 4 labor hours. The job was done by 3 men in an hour. I understand the estimate said it would be more, but it was an ESTIMATE. An estimate I questioned as it seemed like it was a job that could done in 4 hours. And I was right. I dislike the idea that he felt dragging his feet to get more money was a way to do business. I dislike the amount of pushback. If my wife had been the one home this response would have been very uncomfortable for her and made her feel threatened and she would have paid. This bothers me. All I ask is a company honors the terms of the agreement THEY set up with Angie's List. So while the service was done well I have to say I can't recommend Your Tree Services because of this somewhat aggressive and unprofessional behavior on the part of the owner of the company.

What the ad should have said is $199 off the cost of tree service because they quoted me $850. They admitted the ad was confusing but I don't think so. The ad was very clear - it just isn't what they are offering. On a positive note Jon was very polite and professional. They came out to see the job very quickly.

Very professional people, from John (who did the estimate) to the whole crew who worked all day in my yard. The free estimate was written out with a complete description of what needed to be done, tree by tree and area by area. A 5% discount was offered for being on Angie's List. The crew arrived right on time and worked steadily and carefully all six hours of the job. They took pains to ensure the safe delivery of limbs to the ground without any damage to surrounding landscape or the house, chipped up everything and took it away when they left.

Short version: It went as well is it possibly could have, and we would not hesitate to use them again. Long version: John (the estimator) came out to give us what I felt was a very reasonable quote. He was on time, friendly & interested, listed carefully and left us with estimate in hand (no call back). John estimated a 2 week lead time to schedule us if we chose them. Unfortunately, one week later a storm split a major portion of the back tree and it dropped a 3' section across our fence onto the neighbor's yard! John and his crew shuffled their schedule and and fit us in for that week, and promised to do the work with no change to the original quotation. They also worked with us to accelerate the permitting (yes, I appreciate that they still took the time to get proper permits). Jon (the owner), Paul, Justin, and Daniel did a very professional job. Plywood was used to protect the more sensitive areas of our lawn. They protected some smaller ornamental trees and were careful with surrounding trees. Most impressive of all, however, was that Daniel (the climber) and crew took down the entire tree without ONE extra limb hitting the neighbors back yard. In fact, they extracted the section that fell across the fence THROUGH the damaged fence section without any other access to the neighbors property. I also appreciated that they did the full original job (didn't just secure the back tree after it split - they did the full original quoted job). They completed on time (two days work as promised), cleaned up and raked everything. It was a very rainy several days and kinda muddy, so I'm really happy there was very little real impact to our lawn as well. Again, I could not be happier with the results of their efforts and the way they treated our property. Note that the lion's share of the quote below was for the back tree removal, vs trimming the front cluster of trees. PS-They were also careful with several dislocated animals they encountered, which earned them many bonus points.

The owner, Jon, oversaw the project which was completed to perfection and in the agreed upon timeframe. Everything was cleaned up and disposed of properly.
