We had three new Trane variable speed air handlers, heat pumps and thermostats installed last week by Wesson Air. The installation was flawless and the results have been amazing! The equipment is so much better in terms of design and user friendliness and it is a quiet as we could have hoped for both inside and outside the house. The installation supervisor, Joe, worked effectively to get the right technicians on site, on time and ensured all of the work was top notch. Having owned 17 homes and dealt with a number of A/C issues and contractors - this experience with Wesson was by far the best we have ever had and we could not be more satisfied!

They take the appropriate time to do a system check up. They are not in and out in 15 minutes.

Excellent. We have been a customer of Wesson Air for many years. We have experienced HVAC failures at the most inopportune times, and Mark Wesson and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken of. It's hard these days to find businesses you can trust. If you need HVAC work, you need to call them for service.

We spent $72,690 with Wesson for a top-of-the-line, large-house system. They've come out 14 times in less than two years to fix it. Never worked right. Then they blame me for the problems - saying it's my fault for not paying them an extra $1529 per year for a maintenance contract. How does a twice-a-year-visit maintenance contract fix a system that breaks every 6 weeks? And why do I have to pay extra to "maintain" a system that never worked right from the start? I'd gladly have paid them to "maintain" if they ever got it to work right in the first place. We were a loyal customer to Wesson for many years and ~5 of our friends and family have had Wesson install systems for them after our recommendation. Never again. Customers may have loyalty to Wesson, but Wesson has no loyalty to customers. They went from great to "the customer is always wrong" over the last 10 years. I have to say that John Bandur at Wesson is excellent and one of the best people I've ever met in this industry. Unfortunately, we've been dealing with the owner for the last two years - he seems to be sure he never does anything wrong and feels ok making snarky comments to others about his own customers. Best of luck to you John, and thank you for the excellent work over the years. For everyone else - buyer beware.

The install went very well and we are enjoying a quiet, cool A/C system now. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, professional and punctual. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job exactly as they said they would.

I was very pleased with them. They were great. There was no problems. They were very tidy people.

They're always punctual, truthful in their evaluation and they are very good at not trying to upsell you things. But always honest about the improvements that you need. I would absolutely use them again.

We've used them for years. They come out twice a year to do maintenance on our equipment. We would give them an A rating.

Wesson Air is everything we were looking for in an air conditioning company. They were prompt, thorough, and did and excellent installation job. John Bandur, Comfort Specialist (sales representative and veteran) carried us through the contract, installation, and completion with professionalism and caring that is so rare in this day and age. He was patient with all our questions (and there were millions), and followed through on everything he said he was going to do. Our installers, Chris and Melvin (I hope his name is correct), kept covering on the floors, kept everything clean, were polite, and did a good job to boot. They took extra steps to make sure we were satisfied customers. Joe Frasco, the Production Manager made everything run smoothly, even keeping the condo management happy. He made sure that that the permits were closed as we had, had problems at a previous property. If I could, I would rate them 10 stars out of 5 stars. It is very hard to find an honest company that WANTS what is best for the customer.

On the recommendation of a neighbor I called Wesson for a 2nd opinion. Their technician identified the issue almost immediately as a faulty circuit board. This is an item that will cost a few hundred dollars. He bypassed the faulty circuit, until the new board is in, and my AC is running perfectly. (The first tech left us sweating.) The Wesson repairman told me he was a technician and not a salesman. Wesson provided old fashioned honest service. They may not be as well known as that big company but buying lots of radio ads isn't easy unless you are busy selling complete AC systems to people who don't need them. Don't gamble when it comes to your AC system, call Wesson first.

I have a service contract with them so they come out in spring and in fall to do a survey of everything and make sure everything is right. My wife pays for it.

The initial visit from Wesson Air included a home inspection from John. John was more than willing to discuss the needs of the home. He inspected all components of the system and even climbed in the attic to inspect the duct to ensure all was in good working order. What he did not accomplish in the attic he completed by taking measurements of each duct component in the home. He measured ever window opening of the home and took into considerations the exposure of sunlight the home endures during the day. He took all information back to the office and did calculations for new unit recommendations. The next day I received three unit options to choose along with the options I requested (filtration). After our choice Wesson Air schedule a convenient time to complete the work. The install began on 11/30/2015 and finished on 12/02/2015. They completely removed all old unit components and installed brand new components in 1 and 3/4 days. The also repaired a couple of zoning issues by the end of day 2. A start-up technician arrived early on day 3 and by mid afternoon the job was complete. The three technicians were professional, on time, removed all debris, cleaned the work area before leaving, and demonstrated their knowledge of Trane product training and codes compliance. Joe (the install boss) stopped in each day to inspect work and answered ever question. There is a lot of experienced people in this company and I know they did excellent work for me. I know there are hundreds of options in the HVAC business in central Florida. Of the three contractors I contacted, I felt Wesson Air was the only company that was thorough in understanding all phases of what my home needed.

The service tech arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment to get the job done. The techs are always pleasant and neat. They remove or cover their shoes prior to entering the premises. They are polite and helpful. We always get reminder calls that service is coming due and that is helpful, because that is one less thing I have to keep track of. A few days prior to the appointment, we get a reminder of the upcoming appointment. I feel comfortable leaving the techs at my house, knowing that they are responsible and trustworthy. We've never had a bad experience with Wesson. We currently have 2 air conditioning systems purchased and installed from Wesson. They are both performing perfectly.

I was a little disappointed. I spent over $10,000 on a new system and had to fix a broken part by paying $350 for labor plus shipping while it was under warranty.

Wesson Air was 1 of 3 HVAC contractors I reached out to when it came time to get quotes to change out our heat pump and air handler. We went with a 3.5 ton, 15.5 SEER unit (Trane), a variable speed air handler, a Trane wifi thermostat w/ Nexia home automation, and upgraded to the Trane CleanEffects air filtration system. I ultimately chose Wesson Air because of the approach they took with me as their customer. While the other 2 providers tried to tell me what I needed to buy from them at my dining room table, Wesson took the time to listen to my requirements and make proposal recommendations from there. Wesson was also the only company that performed an HVAC Load Calculation to determine what type of equipment was needed to adequately cool and heat our home. They provided a copy of the Load Calculation to me, so I knew what I was buying was the right equipment for our home. The installation went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the performance of my new Trane HVAC system (Wesson is a Trane Dealer). The installation itself took approximately 7 hours. They used the "Super Heating and Sub Cooling" method of start-up which was done the morning after the day of install. This took about 3 hours or so. The only complaint I have is that the start-up was done the morning after, but it wasn't a big deal since my in-laws live around the corner and we were able to spend the night there. I think they can do the start-up same day and in most cases it works out that way. Overall, I would highly recommend Wesson Air. They were very professional and do things the right way. You can certainly find a less expensive contractor, but I am willing to pay a little extra to ensure things are done the right way, especially when it comes to A/C in Florida!

Wesson installed a Trane Heat pump in a small 2+1 home that did not have central AC. House has virtually no attic space. Got quotes from several suppliers. Several suppliers thought it could not be done. One could do it but was very expensive. Wesson had a fair quote. Previously had good experience with them on a commercial project. They installed new duct work and the heat-pump. System is working well.

Older system in which the handler and compressor is working well. Other ac companies wanted to replace the entire system with a one zone/one ac or a two zone/ two ac system at considerable cost $12K+. Wesson agreed to replace the motherboard and associated equipment. Installation took less than a day. Setting the zones correctly took several return trips due to the complexity of the wiring system in the house and the delay in my observing the thermostat temperatures in each zone and calling in any malfunction. Wesson was always quick to respond and correct the problem. The system is operating A Okay and they saved me a bundle in replacing the entire unit. An outstanding experience and an outstanding group of technicians. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

WE've used Wesson for over 25 years but the last few years were unpleasant. I felt one repairman, in particular, was padding the bill and doing unnecessary work. I tried to talk to the manager for months but he was never in and did not return my phone calls. I refused to pay a service charge until the manager would talk to me. Although we had been their clients for an extended time with our house ,PLUS two rentals, they showed no courtesy or bending to resolve the issue. After 4 mths the manager finally called with an attitude and i paid the $89.00 bill. The secretaries, who used to inform us of the time the yearly maintenance needed to be scheduled, dropped calling us and when we were several days overdue, refused to schedule an appointment. I felt they were dismissive and uncaring for a client who paid big bucks for 3 houses for such a long time.

They are excellent! They have been consistently reliable for years! I highly recommend them!

Appointment was for 9 am. He was in my driveway at 8:50. Went right to work inspecting, cleaning and even put in a new A/C filter. Most thorough A/C inspection I have ever had! So professional and courteous too!

I purchased an annual maintenance agreement with Wesson Air for both my home and a rental property. They inspect and service these uits twice a year, and are available to service the units in the event of a problem. In addition, I purchased my home AC system from Wesson. Their prices seem reasonable for the goods / services provided, and they are always responsive (primarily due to the fact that I have purchsed the annual maintenance agreement). I recommend Wesson Air.

It went well, was raiing at the time of service. The service guy was not sure he was going to be able to work in the rian but the part got switched out with my husband holding an umbralla over him so it coudl be replaced.

Did the proper service and repairs to three air conditioning units at three houses.

The service call went extremely good. The technicians were professional and pleasant. They finished the service call and gave me added advice on how I could sustain the aging unit, what to expect etc. They also wrote on their invoice other services that might help. All in all it was a good experience and I will use Wesson again and ask for the same technicians.
