Description of Work: We got a call after the Tampa Home Show stating that we had been drawn for a giftcard and all we had to do was sit through a demonstration. I agreed because we were interested in some sort of water purification due to having white particulates in our water even when filtered through fridge filter. The demonstration was 2.5 hours! The filter seemed to do its job given the tests performed but, finally by the end I was ready to get this guy out of my house. My baby was crying and he kept stopping the presentation while I left the room even though I told him I could hear him. He stated both my husband and I were required to be there, but didn't seem to phase him that my tired hungry baby needed attention. Finally when he was done he stated the price and that if we bought that day while he was there it would be $6999. We weren't going to make a decision that day so he "called the boss" while wanting to talk to him outside. He came back in with a reduced price something about an insurance claim at another customers house and that this brand new equipment was going to be returned if we didn't take it. We agreed because the device was much lower than other products we have seen. It was nice to get a reduced price but whether he gives that to everyone that is apprehensive, we will never know. We are happy with the product so far, all the "flakes" are gone from the water and tastes clean. We could have done without all the soaps they gave us because they hardly work.

Description of Work: Offered a gift card for listening to presentation about water treatment and softening. Sales person did not give us card and said we did not qualify as we seemed no to be interested in the quality of our water. He informed us he was a single father and did not want to waste his time on us. I called the company multiple times to get resolution. Finally received a follow up call. The employee did not even know I had called to lodge a complaint. He stated they would take care of getting us the gift card and would call me back the folloeing day to follow up. Needless to say, that did not happen

Description of Work: Purchase and installation of home water treatment system

Description of Work: The representative was right on time and gave us the pitch. It took just over 1 hours. which was ok. We did take the system, but felt a little bit pressured because we wanted the best price and could only get it during this pitch. He did test our water and the drinking water we were buying. We saw the actual testing and the results. He said the system could be installed on Saturday and it was. The tech was right on time and did a great job. We were able to poise questions to both the representative and the technician which we did heavily. The representative did stop by for followups to retest the water using the system and drop off our gift card and other accessories. He said that he would test the water any time we wanted. All we had to do was call him. We plan on doing that soon.
