The technician that services my system does a h*** of a job. His name is Brad Montgomery - he is on time and explains the work that needs to be done. He does quality work and is very professional. They are luck to have him!
Description of Work: They serviced my air conditioning system on a regular bsis. They put ina new AC system about 8 months ago and new air purifier unit today. They have done all my preventitive maintence as well as installed a new UV Unit.

Description of Work: Went through Amazon to get a great price on air duct cleaning services for only $39.00. When date was made a person called the day before to say that he would be late that day for the service. Arrived after 5:00pm and when asked why he was a day early stated that he was a subcontractor for us air but in reality he was working for crystal clear air duct services. It was a bait and switch scam in order to charge a higher rate which was $675. Beware and do not use this company if you don't want to be scammed.

Overall the job was fantastic, I could not have been more satisfied. Their crew was there very quickly. My air conditioning went out on me and within 24 hours of my phone call I had a new air conditioner put in.

Description of Work: Found and repaired leak under slab. They had. All the equipment to both find and fix the leak. They came when they said they would. They charged what they quoted. Mike was professional, completed the job and left it clean.

I was not impressed at all. I would not recommend them. It took several attempts before they returned my call. He was very punctual. He looked creepy but he was nice and pleasant.
Description of Work: US Heating & Air Conditioning came out and looked out why I don't have heat in my unit. He quoted me an estimate of $800 but they will give it to me for $600 since I have that voucher. He showed up in short with tattoos all over his legs and with a muscle shirt. I called up another company and they did the job for $400 only.

This customer must have our company confused with another company in south Tampa called US Air & Heat. All of our employees are always dressed in a full uniform at all time when in the field and they are never allowed to wear shorts at work.

Called house warrenty service, they setup the contact with the vendor. Expected a prompt call from the vendor but got none. Called the local vendor and was told to call the and quot;homeand quot; office since they have not set up the approval. and quot;Homeand quot; office did some checking and said all is set and scheduled a service call. Tech arrived on time; called prior to arriving. Troubleshooted the issue and replaced the defective part. Cleaned up the work area, got paid and left.
Description of Work: Service tech was excellent; prompt and professional. Troubleshooted the issue and replace the defective part. The only low point was the Office staff, they were not very customer friendly; made you seem like you were bothering them.

I liked the company and they were quick to respond. I was surprised how fast they were and they did a good job for me.
Description of Work: My home warranty company sent this company to work on my AC. They had to come a 2nd time and both times worked on clearing some debris from the lines.

They're very helpful. Even when they can't actually do something straightaway, they try to do what they can. They did what they could to make it as workable as possible for us.
