Description of Work: We had a renter who left multiple pets,including snakes, lizards and domestic animals in our house unattended with the back door open. Needless to say, we had multiple critters enter our rental property and make themselves at home. They caused damage in the crawl spaces and walls.

Description of Work: I live on a pond that has multiple ducks living in it, including a mama duck and ten babies. Tuesday night I noticed that the mama duck had a fishing hook stuck in her foot and wing. We tried to catch her, but were unsuccessful. I contacted James on Wednesday night and he told me to call him when the mama duck was in our backyard again. I called him Thursday morning and he was quick to arrive at my house with his wife. He went into the water to get the duck to come into the yard. Once the duck was out, he used a net to catch her. His wife covered the duck with a blanket and James removed the hooks, cleaned the wounds, and released the duck back into the water with her babies. Excellent job!
