The only company I trust to clean my roof. All the shingle granules stayed on my shingles. They do not pressure wash your roof like other companies do.

There were some drip issues, but they came back out next day to take care of it.

The guys were super nice and detail oriented. Our 18 year old roof had never been cleaned and it now looks fantastic! Did a great job cleaning driveway and sidewalk too. No damage to house or landscaping. Highly Recommended!

Excellent! Jeff and his coworker did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and explained everything. The gutters were packed with leaves, but they were able to clean them out and took away all of the debris. The roof looks new, the fascia and gutters are white again, and the driveway is spotless. I couldn’t be happier!

I requested a quote to have my shingle roof & fascia cleaned asap via their online form & via phone call the next morning to follow up; I received the quote from Danielle in less than 24 hours of my online request and only a few hours after my follow up call: (approx $300 before AL coupon). I decided I wanted to hire Tropical Roof the next day and I left VM messages for Danielle (who gives you the quote) and Jeff (I assume the owner), as well as an email reply back to the company's email address. It's been a week (7 days) and no one has yet to contact me back or reply. I'm not sure why because Danielle was so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. Also Jeff was very prompt in replying to my questions about how the services are preformed. I chose their company not only because of their excellent reviews and reputation but because of their guarantees as well as their pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Even though they haven't responded or replied I would give them one more chance if they just contact me so we can work something out. I understand emergencies or other factors happen, but it only takes 2 min to send a reply or make a phone call. I hope to hear from them asap or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

I have done this myself for 20 years but am not as comfortable on the roof as I used to be. I got multiple quotes, only from firms that were liscenced and insured. Tropical was slightly higher than others but I went with them because of the pride and individual attention that I have come to associate with family-owned businesses. I could not be more pleased. Jeff and Ben were even more meticulous and particular than I am, which is saying something. With Tropical, you get the owner on your job, not a random crew from a large company that can be hit or miss. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Great. Everything looks great; escape painting for another couple of years

This is the second time we have used this company. They were prompt and courteous. They even worked with my schedule. The house looks great and the ceiling of the patio (which was really bad) looks almost new again. I'll definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Great! From the first contact on the phone to the completion of the project it was an enjoyable experience. Scheduling of date of service was easy; the estimated cost for proposed work was fair and on the day of service, the team arrived 5 minutes early. Well organized and polite. The roof was just over 5 years old, and after the service looked new!

We hired Jeff based on Angie's List ratings. We had excellent email and phone communication, and were able to schedule a date. He showed up on time, did an excellent job on a large roof, including cleaning the debris and gutters (without a surcharge others wanted to charge for). There was no visible damage or concerns with the landscaping. The roof looks fantastic. Paid by CC, for which there was a surcharge (expected). We are so pleased that he is scheduled to do our driveways.

Very impressed. On short notice was able to come out and clean the roof and get acorn stains off the driveway. I needed it done quickly as we are selling the house, and they were out within two business days. The roof and driveway look brand new - I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. This company is very professional. I had put off having my roof cleaned but, having an upcoming event at my house I needed my roof cleaned quickly. I emailed after hours one evening to request a quote and by 6am the following morning they had reached out to me with an online quote. It was a great price and I asked how quickly I could get it scheduled. I was given a date a little over a week away but, I asked if there was any way they could do it sooner. They said they could squeeze me in at the end of that same day! They kept in communication with us when they would be a bit later to my house than originally planned but, promised to get it complete that day and they did. The 2 man crew (including owner) showed up and sprayed and cleaned the roof. The roof looks like new and they did a great job of keeping the plants covered and cleaning everything below the roofline. Extremely professional. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. They are completely insured and their price was very fair!
