All of the requested work was accomplished in a timely manner, and there were 2 Techs actually working on different areas of our house at the same time. Their equipment was more than adequate for that task and they worked very efficiently. There wasn't any "lost time" nor any waiting around. At the start, the Techs were informed of the work that we wanted done just to be sure that it was in agreement with what they were told by their Dispatcher. The Techs not only dressed professionally; but they talked and acted in a professional manner. At the finish we were given a typed, fully detailed invoice, and were able pay with a credit card.

They were a pleasure to do business with - we discussed what needed to be done via email, then agreed on when they would come to the house. They showed up right on time and got to work.They did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure everything looked great. Highly recommended.

I want to express my gratitude to Tropical Roof for a job well done. They were at my house right on time. To begin with, I was really impressed of how CLEAN their trailer was!...it actually caught my attention how well organized and clean all their equipment was. I was thinking to myself and quot;wow..if this is any indication of how detailed they are then bring it on!and quot;. I was not disappointed. Both Jeff and Edmund were very friendly and professional. They finished on time and they went above and BEYOND what I was expecting. They took extreme care of making sure all my plants were not being harmed. They moved all the ones that needed to be moved, bagged the gutters and constantly made sure that the rest of the plants were watered. The roof came out looking awesome! They did not leave until they were sure I was complete satisfied with job and gave me detailed instructions of what to do after. I would definitely and highly recommend Tropical Roof to anybody that is looking for an honest company that wont reap you off and that will do an excellent job for a very competitive price. My roof looks new. All the mildew is gone, no streaks. Arrived on time and work was completed in the estimated time frame. I planning to have them back to clean my pool deck in November.

Went very well. Team are experienced and efficient. Results are visible and apparent. It would have been advisable to inform of the need to clear potted plants to protect them. No damage was caused to my knowledge / yet but I would have preferred better safe than sorry. I found a neighbor with identical house model that had the roof cleaned and walls power washed for the same price I paid for just the roof -- the reason for the lower rating on price.
