+ -1 moreI used them seventeen years ago when I lived here, then I moved. When I came back twelve years ago I began using them again because they are wonderful. Im very pleased with them. They leave a note every time they come informing me of service provided. I pay monthly.
Description of Work: They come weekly and maintain the chemicals in the pool. They let me know when its time to service the filters or replacements are needed. They dont do vacuum, but they keep it so clean its isnt really necessary. I have a curvy 20x12 in ground pool, and its made of concrete.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY WORK VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN THEIR INTEGRITY. JUST RECENTLY THEY HAD AN ISSUE INTERNALLY AMONG THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND ONE LEFT. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. IT FELT LIKE IT WAS A REAL LOCAL COMPANY, LIKE PEOPLE WE KNEW. THEY WERE DOING WHAT THEY COULD TO PROTECT US AS A CUSTOMER. THEY WEREN'T HIDING WHAT WAS GOING ON.
Description of Work: THEY TREAT AND BALANCE OUR POOL EVERY WEEK. TREAT, CLEAN AND WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THE CHEMICALS RIGHT.
