Titan Building Supply

We had been looking for an 8ft door with 2 sidelights to install in our home. No one in the area carries these doors in stock. We had contacted several other companies and the answers were the same....very expensive and approximately a 3-4 day wait. Then we contacted Titan Building Supply. We dealt with Jeremy, who was very informative and a pleasure. We were told we would have the door within one week. It was installed 4 days later (and there was a weekend included in those 4 days). The price was less and the experience was flawless. We would recommend and/or use this company again.

I stopped by Titan (w/o an appointment) on my mom's recommendation. I had brought pictures of some front doors we had selected at Lowe's so that I could compare prices at various locations before deciding. Titan had the exact door we liked and rather than having to wait 5-8 weeks they said they could have it ready in 3-4 DAYS. We were hoping to make a quick change, so that was a major plus. I also asked about rot resistance, since rot had claimed our previous door. I found out that Lowe's charges $100 to add a rot resistant covering to the bottom of the door, but Titan could change the entire frame (not just the door jamb) to composite material (which is rot resistant) for only $30 more! To give some perspective, we also visited FAS Windows and Doors and they were going to charge more than $2000 for the same thing. I dealt with Jeremy and he was extremely helpful at finding exactly what I needed (they don't have a showroom, per se, but they do have catalogs you can go through). When I placed the order and the supplier informed him that it wouldn't be 3-4 days after all, he was able to call around and find another supplier that had it in stock and wouldn't you know, 3 days later, the door is installed. I am thrilled with the experience we had with Titan! Our new door was installed today and it looks great!
