I originally planned to start this job in December but thank goodness ,Sam suggested waiting so I could enjoy the holidays with my family. Sam put my best interest before hers. Once the project started, she made many helpful and astute suggestions. I found her to be very honest in her opinions and most often right. If she had a different approach than my original plan ,she would offer strong points of both. Often her approach saved me a significant amount of money. I felt like an equal partner with Sam. Of all the contractors I have worked with ,Sam is by far the best. I will always call upon her when i need any home maintenance and repairs. If she could not perform any services , she hired the best subcontractors that I have ever met and kept the price and time line intact. I have had many people visit since finishing the remodeling, and have had nothing but compliments and request for Sam's number

"Sam" was very helpful in the overall design of what I really wanted to do. She asked the right questions to find out what direction I really wanted to go. She pointed out areas that I had overlooked and showed me where I could get into a real jackpot, if I did not understand how things were going to come together later in the project. She was VERY CLEAR in her questions and her explanations about the project. If she thought I did not understand, she would try to explain things in another way to make sure that we were all on the same page and that there would be no room for errors or unpleasantries down the road. She was the general contractor and would bring in very skilled people to do some of the jobs if she felt that they were more skilled at than she. If there were any questions about the job not turning out the way I wanted, she would go after her employees like she was having the project done for herself. I felt she was someone who really understood how hard I worked for my money and would darn sure see that I got the very best quality of product and craftsmanship that I could get from her company. If she thought another approach was better, she would bring it to my attention. When workers did not tile a backsplash the way she thought I would have wanted it, she had them tear it out and correct the problem. She offered more electrical outlets than I asked for. I was so glad about that! She pointed out hidden storage areas and a more elegant way of putting the kitchen area together. She was very full of helpful suggestions and ideas.
