I didn't go with them since it was very disappointing. They made a sketch that I could have done in a piece of paper myself and thought I could have done better. There was nothing good about it and I did not consider them for the bathroom remodeling.

Unfortunately, for me I must say it did not go well because I never received a call back or a quote from this vendor.

Nothing happened because nobody called me back.

We were quite pleased with the project, and Tony and his crew managed to finish it by Thanksgiving as promised. We worked with Kevin to design and redesign the entertainment center (which we are also using for the kitchen), and Tony and Kevin helped us to pick out flooring, cabinetry and trim. We elected to keep our appliances. A date was set to start and it commenced as planned. The crew was friendly yet worked efficiently, and we were impressed with their consistent commitment to doing fine work -- as if they were doing it for their own homes. Tony and his crew also offered helpful tips on how to take care of elements of the project. Remodeling is a messy business, as we found out, but we were continually informed about subsequent steps and invited to inspect what had been done to date. Tony was always available by cell phone and extremely responsive. We appreciated that. We ended up going to three different granite lots before we found what we wanted, but Tony's fabricator cut, finished and installed the granite we selected in a timely manner with superb fabrication and proper sealing, including the edges underneath. Two of the pieces were installed whole and the kitchen granite had only one cut, which amazed us. Like the granite, the back splash was beautifully installed with the attention to detail we appreciated. We wanted some the cabinet panels and drawers replaced (no charge) and a couple of little fixes were needed as well (after payment). All of these were promptly taken care of. When finished, the kitchen was and is spectacular. I would not hesitate to employ Superior Craftsman again. They were great to work with. p.s. One thing that we would do differently is to install led lights under the cabinets (instead of halogen, which Superior recommended, or xenon which we chose) since the heat from the lights heats up the cabinets and any food that is located above them (like chocolate -- which melts!). Led lights would also have kept down heat in the kitchen.

My kitchen was a mess. Cabinets were the original, 45 years old, ugly brown fake wood, coming out of the ceiling, shelves breaking. Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a custom kitchen design. Tony came, I told him what I wanted, he made suggestions, took measurements, etc. Kevin drew up plans. I liked what I saw and went on with the work. I made a few changes on the plans, selected cabinets, flooring, counter tops, paint, etc. The date was set and on a Monday a crew came and completely tore out my kitchen. Took just over 2 weeks to install everything. All turned out even nicer than I expected. And to top it off, Tony had McKenzie's Professional Cleaning Services come in and not only clean the new kitchen, but the adjoining family room and the bathroom the workmen had used. The biggest plus was the workmen. They were all very professional, pleasant, answered any questions, and worked very well together, almost as if they were best friends. One thing I especially liked is that I felt very comfortable having them in my home whether it was one or six. A problem developed with a small section of the flooring, but it was taken care of. I highly recommend this company - you just can't go wrong with Superior Craftsman.

Start to finish Tony was on top of it all. When things needed to change he was right there to be sure all went smoothly. The demo was nearly dust free. I still don't know how they did it. The tile work is beyond amazing!! When I can, I'll try to post an after picture. Or, you can go to their site and see it for yourself. We couldn't be happier!

On 10/01/2012 we contacted this A-rated company and spoke to ?Tony? who was mobile and said he'd us back from his office to make an appointment. He did so two business days later and it was set for between 2 and 4 PM on 10/03/2012. He was a no-show. At 5:21 PM Tony called and said he could sill meet with us at 5:30 PM. We said OK. My wife and I reviewed the work with Tony. He was very thorough, creative, detailed. He took photographs. We were both very pleased with his demeanor, knowledge and ideas. His said he'd give us his proposal in a week. A week went by and we'd heard nothing, so I called the office to see if Tony (Superior Craftsman) was going to give us a proposal/bid. The receptionist assured us that Tony was working on it and that we would get one soon. Two (2) weeks after Tony had been to our house, we still hadn't received a proposal/bid. I called and left a message for Tony. HE NEVER CALLED US BACK.

Their price was very reasonable. They were just wonderful. They did everything they could. The guy was here every day, checking on his people who were working and everything, in turn he was doing a real good job. They did a wonderful job, I could not have asked for anything better.

He arrived on time, provided good information ans suggestions, offered to make the plans (drawings) of the new cabinets and locations bt we never heard from him again, After several weeks I contacted him and the reason he gave is that since we were not ready to build at that time he was busy and did not have time to make the plans. In opther words we were not important enough in his schedule to do what he promised. I requested that angies list refund my fees and they did i fact send them right away

Our interactions with them have been good so far. We simple have not gotten around to the installation due to our schedule.

It was fairly simple job and it didn't have to take a two-group and an additional cost beyond that to do the job and several phone calls and stuff like that, but basically we got disappointed when we asked for a solid guy to come up because we have some bigger jobs for him to do and we've showed him what we wanted and said he's going to get back with us for the quote but never got back, so for us, if he seemed too busy so I'm not absolutely sure if I would call them again. I'm not saying that they did a bad job but for me, we had them in our home, we showed them what we wanted but we had a hard time getting the quote back. Overall, their work was good but there was a boarder in the bottom that kind of cut off. It's not exactly finished the way that I wanted it to be. The actual person that came out to do the work came out on time. They seem very busy and that is the only complaint I have and things seem to fall through a bit.

Tony and Kevin were very helpful. They did provide a well thought out, detailed design for our consideration. They also recognized that our design needs were more complicated than they are accustomed to. They referred us to another designer, who we did use and the result was a wonderful upgrade/update to our kitchen. Thanks guys.

Was professional. Listened to my needs, which were reflected in the detailed estimate. Will consider using in the future.

They were extremely thorough, spent a lot of time with us during a home visit and a showroom visit, and did not exert high pressure on us. Their ideas were creative while doing their best to stay within our budget limitations.

We have the kitchen of our dreams and love the countertops. We never had granite before and do not want anything else for our kitchen.

I chose "yes" on using the company again, b/c there was no "maybe" option. Initially, I called them based on their superior rating by AL. At that point, I was only getting offers and had no real timeframe for getting the work done. I made that clear to them over the phone. Being out of state, it is important to me to be on-site when the actual reno takes place, so timing does matter. At any rate, they promised to get me an estimate right away; never heard from them. Called several times over a 6 week period and finally spoke w/ Kevin who promised (this is 6-8 weeks after my initial call) to have a quote for me the following week. Got the quote, which seemed OK, but had issues w/ it not covering quite the scope of work asked for...granite countertop a must, etc. The sketch, also didn't appear to be what I was wanting. Knowing that I had not been in the unit to actually show them exactly what I wanted done, I gave that the benefit of the doubt. Told Kevin I would be down on vacation in approx 6 weeks and would make every attempt to meet w/him and firm things up. Vacation came and went....my fault - just way too much going on to make it to Orlando. Kevin, in all fairness, did make several attempts to meet my schedule. Let him know I would be in touch after I rec'd more quotations, as still had concerns that his original one hadn't covered my needs. Got many more emails from him in the following weeks to the point where I finally (tactfully, I thought) indicated to him that he was very persistent, and explained then that doing due diligence was extremely important to me and being out of state, etc., etc., made the process more time-consuming. That was it; never another word. I will say that not getting my original estimate w/out many calls, having it finally show-up 8 or so weeks later, looking like they had "guessed' on what I wanted was disconcerting. However, trusting the many positive Angie's List reviews, having Kevin bend over backwards trying to set up a personal meeting while we were in Florida really made me want to go through with the entire quote process. At this point, when I have the time to continue w/reno process, I will more than likely contact Superior once again.

It took over a month from the time I first contacted Superior for the work I had purchased to be scheduled, but once the job actually transpired, I was very happy with the service. It just took a while to get the process rolling. Handyman work is not their core business and felt like a distraction to their main line of work so I'm not sure why they offer the Angie's list Handyman deals, but once we finally had it arranged, Al showed up on time, was very clean and professional and the result was very good. I also had them bid on other larger projects I needed to have done but their bid came in quite a bit higher compared to the other companies who quoted.

Superior Craftsman did a great job in working with us to design a new breakfast room. Although, in the end, we had to potpone the actual remodeling effort, Superior was very patient in working with us through various design alternatives. These alternative designs all involved removing ceramic tile floors, installing enginered wood, installing wall and base cabinets, a peninsula, granite counter tops, plumbing, electrical and lighting modifications.

All of the people that I dealt with at this company were friendly, professional and extremely knowledge. They were always on time. They also were careful to not let my cats go out the door while they were working. I would definitely use this company again.

From the start I was impressed with Superior. They returned all calls, arrived on time, followed up as committed. Initially the price was way out of my range. Kevin worked with us to determine where cuts could be made. Based on my willingness to do the Demo myself and to have a slightly lower grade cabinet he worked with me on the negotiables and non-negotiables until we had a price we could afford. We were told the job woud take a week and a half once they started. To my complete surprise, they hit that mark. All of the workers that came to my house (Benny, Al, etc) were unbelievably professional and hard-working. At the end of the installation, and my final check paid there was one "I'll see what I can do" left based on a choice I had made earlier. Kevin called me two weeks later and told me he had a solution and quickly sent someone else to settle the matter. This was cost out of his pocket and no extra cost to me... again, AFTER they were paid in full and the job was technically done. I would highly recommend Superior for any remodel job and will use them again if the need arises.

Showed up 3 days out of 5. Epoxy job additional 1/2 day. One more day of work they never performed. Ripped me off for $375.00 worth of the $1500.00.

This company was very professional and reasonable. Unfortuneately, I don't have the money to do the remodel right now, and although they do have a financing options, I prefer to pay most of it cash. However, when I'm ready to remake my kitchen they will be the ones I call.

Unsatisfied and we decided not to proceed with them.
