+ -1 moreTHEY HAD EMPLOYED A MINIMUM WAGE PERSON WHOSE WORK WAS MINIMUM. THE GUY CAME AT 5 O'CLOCK, AND I FELT THAT HE WAS IN A RUSH. IF HE WAS CLEANING CARPETS ALL DAY, I WONDERED IF HE USED CLEAN SOLUTION ON MY CARPET. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE. HOWEVER I'VE USED SERVICE MASTER IN THE PAST, AND I WAS OK WITH THEM. THAT'S WHY I CALLED THEM AGAIN, BUT I PROBABLY WON'T NEXT TIME.
Description of Work: THEY DID CARPET CLEANING IN TWO LARGE ROOMS AND A HALLWAY.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE REFERRED TO US. THEY ARE GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY ARE CLEAN. THEY DO THE WORK, AND THEY LEAVE. YOU CAN APPRECIATE THAT. I WAS ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE USED THEM.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED SIX ROOMS OF MY HOUSE CARPETS.
