Ricky's Pro Lawn Service

Ricky started with a broken sprinkler line that was flooding one side of my yard and ended up finding another line leaking underground on the other side! He showed me the damage, thoroughly explained what he found and how he was going to fix them both, and then inspected all other sprinklers. He even installed a new timer for me. I will retain him to check on my sprinklers on a semiannual basis.

Awesome!! Its like pulling teeth to get my husband to cut the lawn, which is why my yard looked like a Jungle. Ricky called a few minutes after I inquired about a quote. He was here 10 minutes later to give me an estimate and was then able to start working immediately. I left at 12:45 to run errands and when I got back home around 5 he was just finishing. The yard has not looked this good since we moved in! He did everything I asked for and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him. I also appreciate the fact that he was wearing a mask and practiced social distancing.

Ricky did a great job. He is very professional, shows up when he tells you or if he is delayed he calls/text you to let you know. Not like other many contractors that are late or even do not show up and never let you know. Also, Ricky precise are less than half of what other are charging. Keep up the goos work!!!!

Ricky delivered in a big way on this project. He took the time to visit the site multiple times prior to job start to ensure we were on the same page and that he would be able to make sure it s exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Ricky s Pro Lawn Service. He responded promptly, set an appointment and showed up on time. He gave me a free assessment of the sprinkler repair work I needed without trying to sell me services I didn t need. When he came back to do the work he was very good about keeping me informed about what he found with my irrigation system. A storm was coming and I thought he might try to do a quick fix, but he did not. He did a thorough, high- quality job, which I think will last me many years. I appreciate his strong work ethic and would definitely contact him again.

Ricky, the owner and operator of Ricky s Pro Lawn Service is dependable, honest, fair, hard working and his work is amazing. My lawn is always well maintained and looking great. He offers suggestions when needed and will do additional services like he trims my Crepe Myrtles back every spring. His rates are very reasonable and he is one of the kindest, most personable man your likely to meet - he s been doing my lawn for 5 or more years now and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend him.

Ricky came out at the end of March and gave me an estimate for monthly service and agreed to start in May after my current company worked out the payment for April. He also gave me an estimate to trim one palm in my back yard for $150.00, which seemed high to me, even more so when another company offer to trim 2 palms for $75. I went ahead with the palm trim and looked at is as an investment in my soon to be new lawn company. Well May comes.... 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.... Nothing from Ricky.... So I call an leave a message... no return call... May 7th I called again and left a VM. He returned my call only to notify me that he could no longer be able to fulfill his verbal commitment because he now has other customers that are close to each other and it is financially better that he stick to one area. I reminded him that he told me during the initial consult that he lived closed to me....8 mins away in fact, which is one of the reasons I selected him. He again stated that he has no other contract in my area and would not be able to pick me up as a client. I had other estimates from other companies, however I selected Ricky's Pro Lawn. My Bad. He totally left me hanging... my grass is way high. I am a diabetic surviving spouse of a solder KIA. I have no lawn mower. He said that he provided professionalism just by calling me back and notifying me that he would not be able to follow through with his commitment a week into the month he was supposed to start. When I told him that I would be writing reviews and going to the BBB he then started to say that he would mow my lawn for the month and find me someone else... but that is not the point. You don't tell a customer that you would be there lawn service only to not follow through because someone better came along and not notify them.

Ricky has provided lawn and yard services to my property and has consistently provided professional and quality work over the years. He is reliable and will provide great customer service.
