He painted everything with solid colors, and this was the first time we used him.

The guy from Rick Rubin Custom Painter is very professional. I like him very much. He gets things done when he says. He is on time and he cleans up very well after himself. Everything was great. He goes above and beyond. I wanted something extra done which wasn't in the initial plan but he did it without charging or complained. The worker he came with was very good also. Their prices are very fair.

He was very professional from start to finish. He exceeded my expectations on the outcome of the rooms. He even suggested colors that were better than mine. The whole experience was very positive and I have recommended him to my friends.

Not great. This was a very small job, so I looked for someone very close to me who might not mind coming out for a small job. He was prompt with an estimate, and with coming out for the job itself. As it turned out, the color we agreed to on the phone turned out to be quite a bit too light. Mr. Rubin and crew finished it up and then had me take a look. I would have preferred to have them tell me it was too light and offer to darken it up for a slight up charge. Also, there were several areas where paint got onto the wall (This wouldn't have mattered if the color matched). I pointed these out, and they sponged off the worst ones. I shrugged the rest of it off. This box is on the side of the house, and it isn't critical. It is a small job and not visually critical, but it was sloppily done. It would not have taken much more time to do it right. A note, I do not feel that this is representative of how they would approach painting a whole house.

Within four days, he pressured washed my roof, the entire exterior of my house and my pool deck. Then he painted the entire house and trim which is 3,623 feet and my pool deck which was 630 square feet.
