My lawn is now looks great and complements are common. It was my pleasure to provide a lunch-time cookout for a great crew. Next I plan on having Quik Care update my landscaping, with a focus on the front. I have every confidence that Quik Care will again meet and exceed my expectations.

This vendor is a little pricey, compared to some competitors that periodically bid to maintain the 3/4 acre yard at my Longwood FL home. But, you get what you pay for...and this family-owned company's commitment to superb service and excellent results has kept my business for many years now. I use QuikCare for lawn, landscaping and irrigation maintenance; and occasionally to re-landscape parts of my yard. The approximate cost of service in January 2016 was $270.00 (paid every month) for lawn and landscape maintenance, plus about $95 for a first quarter irrigation maintenance visit. My loyalty to QuikCare starts with its owner, Wayne Small, who sets the quality standard for his growing company, but isn't too busy to walk your property from time-to-time and make sure QuikCare is exceeding your expectations. The lawn maintenance crew Wayne assigned to my account, is a good example of his commitment. My particular crew chief is Jacob and (after about five years leading a team that mows, edges, trims and blows the driveway in my yard) I marvel at his efficiency and consistent quality. I can tell that he cares about my yard, almost as much as I do. Heck, its probably more his yard at this point, than mine. The owner's son has recently led the team that handles landscape maintenance on my account and this team matches the quality of Jacob's crew. Combined these two young men (and their crews) are "killing it" (my son's expression)....my translation: so very happy they are caring for our yard. I also use QuikCare's quarterly irrigation service. Dan, the company's irrigation expert, does good work, and has helped me better understand the best way to optimize water usage between different landscape elements to help ensure a lush landscape without over-watering. You can hire QuikCare to handle lawn and landscape maintenance without the irrigation service, but there is some benefit to tying all three services together since they are so interrelated in achieving a healthy yard. My only suggestion, however, is that the company roll the cost of its irrigation service into its invoice for lawn and landscaping care delivering one set monthly fee that's fair to QuikCare and to the customer. Currently, the irrigation service is billed separately four times a year with varying billing amounts in each invoice. That creates a lot more work for a customer that wants to auto-pay one monthly fee and put the accounts payable obligation to the company on auto-pilot.

I called and scheduled them. They came, gave my spouse a reasonable estimate and did the work when I wasn't home. My spouse paid them. While it was improved, one area still has no irrigation. I called and requested detailed information as to what was replaced, added, etc. They never sent it to me nor called me.

THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND SAID MY SPRINKLER HEADS WERE OUT OF DATE, BUT STILL WORKED SO NO SENSE CHANGING THEM AT THIS TIME. HE DIDN'T TRY TO RIP ME OFF LIKE THE FIRST COMPANY THAT GAVE ME A HUGE ESTIMATE.
