They did a great job on time

Hired this company to remodel my bathroom and on day 3, they instructed their installers to pick everything up and leave without providing an explanation. After multiple attempts to contact them failed, we called police for an incident report. It was only after the officer called them that we were told that they left because there was an issue with exposed electrical that was not in code. These people based their decision to leave on a 3-month-old photo the salesperson took instead of the pics the installers sent them daily; they would have seen that the electrical was indeed complete. Mind you, the installer received a call from his manager telling him to leave while my husband was beside him. Please explain to me, like I am 5 years old, why the manager couldn't just tell the installer to pass the phone along to my husband so he could explain the problem and resolve it immediately - the electrical is complete. They could've sent someone out to inspect prior to blowing off a 23k job.

Working with Quality Craftsmen as a breeze, from meeting the sales rep, Bjprn, to the installation of my beautful new walk-in shower. The installers were always on time, very courteous and professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I can't remember the names of the installers but they were fabulous. I highly recommend this company and will call them again for this kind of work.

By far the BEST experience I've had working with a professional tradesperson. Luis and his partner did an amazing job on the project. They were professional, extremely detail oriented for a very fair price. So much so that we hired them to paint our pool deck because we were so happy with their work. I would 100% recommend Plan "B" Multiservices in the Orlando Florida area. They are AWESOME!!!

Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional and attentive. They followed up on all details of the proposed work and completed the job as described. I'm glad I hired them.

Not a great customer experience outside of initial meeting. Communication with company left much to be desired. The job itself was done well and quickly once it started.

The installers showed when they said they would. They were polite and respectful and knew their jobs. They did an amazing job of cutting into my tile wall without any damage which was initially an issue.

Do far, the most professional and thorough company we have dealt with in our area. Their reputation is genuine. The assortment, attention ro detail and the efficiency so far, is the BEST. They deserve every accolade...

Prompt during the three day installation of a new shower. we’re very diligent in cleaning up after their work. Explained everything they would complete very clearly. This is a contractor so they are a little higher in price but they guarantee there work.

The company and staff went beyond my expectations. Aside from quality cabinets I found the sales rep very knowledgeable, honest and patient. The men who measured and installed the cabinets were industrious, diligent, professional and peasant to have in our home. they followed through on any questions, promises made and went out of their way to make our kitchen beautiful. I would and will use them in a heartbeat when I decide to do my bathrooms. I highly recommend Quality Craftsman. Their work stands up to their name of Quality Craftsman.
