William & crew from Quality Craftsman recently installed a walk-in shower for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. They paid meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was done to the highest standard. The final product exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Quality Craftsman.

worst experience of my life, left stuff totally messed up and expected pay!!!!! Also subcontracted others to come in my home without disclosing. Scammed and ripped me off with no regard for anything but money. No communication at all. Did not take responsibility for mistakes and stuff did not do. Thought was ok to leave job unfinished. I cannot go on about how bad this company is!!

Not sure QC is ready to have projects in Jacksonville. The sales team was great and getting started was easy. However, they never scheduled my project and finally I contacted them a month later and they finally put me on the calendar. They clearly use sub contractors to complete work for them in Jacksonville and they completed the basic project but told us there was a small leak and not to use it yet. They advised someone would be in touch the next week. We waited and nothing. I called the number of the project manager and left messages and got no response. Finally a month later I called the corporate number and after this was asked to pay the final invoice. I was not comfortable with this and had them come fix the issue so we could actually use the bathroom. Finally they did, the contractor had no tools to fix anything and borrowed ours. Overall the process took about 4 months from start to finish and the cost was very high. I did get another contractor for different work they they advised they could of done the same project for much less. Overall not a recommended experience of having to chase people down and unable to use the bathtub for months. No one I worked with was rude or anything but clearly they are taking more work then they can handle.

I am so happy that I hired Quality Craftsmen for the job. They did an amazing job and I will definitely hire them again when is time to remodel my other bathroom. Thank you for my beautiful shower.

Linus and his team were great! The great thing about Linus was more of what do YOU want versus what others said THEY would do. We got a custom shower that we love because of it for the same price as just replacing an existing shower and not removing the tub. They were flexible and got everything done in about 10 days. These guys are true professionals and my wife and I couldnâ t be happier.

Linus is a military veteran, like myself. He helped me with requests to the VA Administration to request government grants to help build a special accessible bathroom shower.

From our very first meeting with Linus to demo with Andrew, install with Roger and his team...all under the masterful project management of John, we were treated professionally! The job was done beautifully and efficiently under the time they had initially projected and to my specifications. All expectations were surpassed and any questions I had (which were millions!) were answered with kindness and accuracy! Love this company and 1000% recommend!! They installed a shower and did a very good job. Very easy to work with.

Linus our salesman was great to work with as well as Andrew the installer > this young mans work was impeccable They worked well with in our VA budget to give us a perfect roll in shower for a disabled vet.

Quality Craftsmen workers replaced my old dingy, dark shower with a new, larger, brighter glass-enclosed one They came when they said they would and always called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They worked steadily, going above and beyond what was expected and did an excellent job, leaving things clean and neat every day. They were always polite and friendly. The finished job was exactly as I had pictured it and as Linus had described it to me. I would recommend them and would definitely use them for another project.

Quality Craftsmen were real easy to work with. Very informative / very professional. Installer was the best. Kept me informed as he worked - I was able to ask questions and get answers. Did an excellent job.

The installer was always on time. He was very efficient and kept his work area clean at all times. I highly recommend this company. They kept us informed of the status of our order and installation schedule throughout the project.

I would allow Quality Craftsmen to remodel my entire house if I could. There financing option were reasonable and affordable. Their attention to detail was magnificent. The management (Keller) and (Linus, Dennis) employers were awesome and compassionate. They worked around my schedule and made sure I was satisfied. Everything they did regardless if it was a major issue or minor hiccup they communicated and provided me choices. They allowed me to choose what I wanted and nothing was forced. I would recommend them for any home improvement. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

We are still in the process of getting it done. They have orered the material and should be available the emd of the month.
