Tom was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the repairs he was making, ensuring I understood everything before proceeding. He also checked for other potential problems and offered preventative advice without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Pricing was very fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.
