When I arrived home on the day of delivery to see the POD in my driveway I was shocked at the piece of crap that was left. The wood looked warped on the outside and I wasn't even sure it was the right company because I didn't see the word PODS. This definitely wasn't what I expected. By the pictures on the website and television ads I was expecting something better. I wasn't sure my items would fit and if they would be safe inside. I do not recommend this particular location of PODS and will never use again.
Description of Work: When I first contacted them I spoke to a call center who took care of everything, but then I had to call the area location the next day. The person was rude and advised to call back the next day to speak to the person about the permit which I did and she was not available again. I was up against the clock so I took matters into my hands & went down to city hall to file for the extension to have the POD on my property. I did their job that they were suppose to handle.
