+ 0 moreThe roof was done in October and the seamless gutters were done this first of December. The work was great, the whole thing was done wonderfully, materials were affected and delayed due to COVID but everything was done and completed once the materials were available.

+ -1 moreshe was very professional and explained everything . they walked us through of every step of the project. all the workers spoke English and we're polite. they also don't subcontract the work out. if you have any problems or questions you talk to the same person. also if repairs are needed you get the same crew to come out. I would highly recommend this company to any one .

The interest rate was reasonable the customer service was great. I would recommend Mid Florida Exteriors for their Prices, Professional work ethics and customer care shown by their workers.
Description of Work: I recently had a metal roof put on my house. The house was built in 1957 and is a ranch style with a long sloping roof. I receive quotes from several different companies. Jeff Rolly at Mid Florida Exteriors presented me with a quote that was $2,000 lowers then the other quotes. I had a problem with a small front porch roof that had rotted through. Jeff included the repair of the roof in his quote without any additional cost. Kim Hogen took care of pulling the permits to do the job. When the day came to start working on the roof Julian, Raymond, Leroy, and Tank went to work repairing the porch roof and making the roof dried in for the new roof. The next day the panels arrived. the panels for one side of the house were 43' long.

+ -1 moreMid Florida was a great company to deal with. They were professional, very competitive and did what they said they were going to do. We were the first in our neighborhood to get a metal roof and now there are 3. We love the way our roof looks and we have already seen a reduction in our electric bill compared to last year at this time. We get many compliments. The only draw back was it took about 3 weeks to start but they were up front about that.
