+ -1 moreThe contract said they would do all these things, and when they started to come, he didn't do a lot of the things he promised. His excuse was "he only had one hour." He was supposed to fix the deer chaser, and he never did. They just had difficulty fulfilling their contract. The cost listed is per month.
Description of Work: They said they would maintain my garden for me.
