Home Team Pest Defense Company is beyond outstanding. They are very responsive. They immediately send someone out when I to call them with a problem. The person who comes out is friendly. He goes above and beyond. If I need him, he will be there; it doesn’t matter if it’s the end of his shift. If I call him during his work hours he is here when he is done with his shift. If I call him after hours, he shows up the next morning before his shift. He is just fantastic. We just moved into the area a year ago and so the nature of all the bugs and the pests were new to us. He really took time to help me feel comfortable and understand the problems. He gave me two options for pest control. One was a quicker fix which involved using of chemicals and the other one was a longer fix which didn’t involve using any chemicals in the home. A lot of people in my development use him and everyone just raves about him. He is just exceptional. Out of every person I deal with, if I could pick a service person of the year, I would pick him. He is number one. I would continue to use Team Pest Defense Company in the future.

They are responsive to my requests. If the problem is not taken care of the first time, they will come back as many times as needed to fix it at no additional cost. Their service people have always been pleasant, helpful and reliable.

Home Team is great. I would recommend them to anyone. They just do their job with no hassle, and they do a good job.

I have hired pest control companies in Florida for 20 years and Home Team is absolutely the best I have ever used. This is based on our experience with only one of the Home Team technnicians-Chris Knappen who thinks it is his personal mission to stand between us and all the bugs which might attack our home. When I found ants had come in through a crack in an upstairs window, I called Chris who came out within 2 hours and apologized as if it was his personal failing which allowed the ants to enter our house. In 4 1/2 years with Home Team, those ants are the only bugs I have ever seen in our house.

I am really happy with the service. I have had an agreement with them for about 20 years at a rate that is very affordable to me and has never changed. They have me scheduled at the time I request and an employee will call me in the evening to let me know the estimated time he will be there. So far, none of their competitors have been able to beat their prices.

When they came they gave us a choice of two plans. They are professional and knowledgeable. They didn't push us on anything. The choice was easy to make. Their price is very reasonable.

Steve took care of the resort I work at and I would work with him everyday in making sure the homes and condos I manage were being taken care of. He was excellent. Once I moved into my new home, I had asked for him to come take care of my home and he walked me through the entire process of what he was using and what it did, along with pointing out the different types of insects, spiders, etc that were around my house and what to keep an eye on. He provided me with everything I would need to keep my home bug-free.

I have started the contract with them recently and I am pleased with the service they provide so far. They are prompt, they have good prices, and the staff is friendly. I paid the whole year upfront, but it's possible to pay quarterly.

The rate was reasonable. I have used them before and I do have a yearly service contract with them where I pay 411 dollars, but that did not cover this visit. I would recommend them, because they do a good job.

They come out on a quarterly basis and take care of all the insect control for our house. They show up regularly when they are scheduled to and there is not a bug in sight. I plan on continuing to utilize their services and would recommend them to others with insect problems. They also will come outfit you call them between visits if necessary.

The next day we started seeing dead roaches on the front porch, with more the next two days. Haven't seen any pests since then!

They have been excellent every time they are out. I never see any bugs here. I was originally concerned because I own cats, but I didn't any change, they don't get sick, and they don't have fleas! I would highly recommend this company to people.

When we moved here from downtown Orlando. We used the same pest control service we had used there. Massey. We had problems with bugs as soon as we moved into our new house. No matter how many times we called, our problem wasn't resolved. One call to Home Team has taken care of our problem. They treated the attic, the garage and the house. Within a few weeks we no longer see any bugs. A huge relief! We highly recommend their service.

Periodically come by and inject the tubes with solution. We don't have to be home for them. They are courteous and thorough. When we find bugs inside of house, they come when promised and promptly.

I've had the same service technician for about 16 years. He's always on time and takes care of what is needed. I haven't seen any major pests, but anytime I notice anything he comes right out with a solution. He's wonderful. Fantastic.

I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I HAVE HAD THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THE MAN CALLS THE DAY BEFORE AND TELLS YOU WHEN HE IS COMING, AND YOU DON'T NEED TO BE THERE. HE GOES ABOUT HIS BUSINESS AND LEAVES THE BILL.

WE HAVE BEEN BOTHERED BY CARPENTER ANTS. THEY SPRAY AROUND THE YARD AND THE HOUSE TO GET RID OF THEM. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE. IF I HAVE AN ISSUE THEY TAKE CARE OF IT.

THEY HAVE MISSED A FEW TIMES WHEN THEY HAVE COME OUT. THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE IS COMPARABLE TO OTHER COMPANIES. THE PRICE MAY BE OKAY. I THINK THE PRICE SEEMS HIGH, BUT THEY DO AN OKAY JOB.

THEY CAME FAST. THEY DID THEIR JOB, AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE SPIDERS. I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE BUG AROUND THE HOUSE. THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND GOOD. THE GUY WHO CAME WAS PRETTY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. HE LOOKED PROFESSIONAL. HE ACTED PROFESSIONAL. HE DID HIS JOB AND LEFT.

THEY SPRAY THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. I DO NOT HAVE BUGS IN THE HOUSE. THEY LEAVE A NOTE ON THE DOOR OF WHAT THEY DID. IF I DO SEE THEM, THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND NICE.

THEY HAVE BEEN FINE. THEY ARRIVE PROMPTLY. THEY TAKE CARE OF THE JOB, AND THEY ARE HERE ON TIME. THEY DON'T BOTHER ME AT ALL. I WILL STAY WITH THEM.

They are very professional to deal with. They always show up when they say they will. The maintenance is monthly and we have had no pest issues. We had another company we weren't satisfied with.

BEST PRICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS. WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY THAT IS LOOKING FOR A PEST CONTROL SERVICE.

IN ONE WORD HORRIBLE. I WAS HOME ONE DAY WHEN AN EMPLOYEE CAME TO SPRAY MY YARD, HE WAS NOT AWARE THAT I WAS HOME BECAUSE I WAS BUSY AND DID NOT ANSWER THE DOOR BELL. HE PROCEEDED TO SPEND ABOUT TEN MINUTES (THE AVERAGE TIME SHOULD BE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES). HE THEN LEFT THE BILL ON MY DOOR SAYING HE ALSO FILLED THE TUBES, HE HAD NOT. THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM THE MANAGER WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL.
