Ian was prompt and polite. He fixed the wiring problem in a little over an hour, which required digging and tracking an underground wire that had been severed by a gas company on my property. Everything was put back together perfectly and all of my zones now work perfectly. Thought the price was reasonable considering the amount of work and expertise needed to diagnose the problem. Would definitely call again immediately and recommend to a friend. GREAT SERVICE!!

Ian came by to look at problem and give me an estimate. He dug it all out and found that there was a main connection to pvc from the galvanized pipe. So it would not be such a horrific problem. He managed to shut off the leak from one of the valves that really had me worried. He returned the next day and fixed it all up. Now I will not have to worry about problems with the galvanized pipe in the future and now there is only one shut off valve that I can get to easily since he put it in a plastic box. He also found the leak from zone 3 and repaired it. Now my sprinkler system is in great shape. He was very quick and efficient and cleaned all up nicely. Also at a very reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend Hessenauer for irrigation services! We had a broken sprinkler head and purchased a replacement part from Home Depot but after installing it we realized the pipe beneath the head was also busted. I was really hoping to repair this myself because every time I have ever called anyone for a simple sprinkler repair they found a multitude of things 'wrong' with the system which 'needed' repair and when you don't agree to fix anything else it seems your system is somehow suddenly not working correctly after they leave. However, this wasn't something we could do ourselves, so after reading reviews on Angie's List I called Hessenauer Sprinker Repair on Monday, late morning. Tthe rep on the phone was courteous and said the repair person for my area would call me later in the day to schedule an appointment. A couple of hours later Sterling called and we scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise, about an hour later he called back saying he had a cancellation and could come right out. Since I had the day off, this was perfect. He showed up on time and I showed him what the problem was. After he assessed the situation he explained that the pipe just under the head needed to be replaced and promptly fixed it. He simply repaired exactly what I requested. He was friendly and professional and I will definitely be calling this company for any future issues with the system. The only reason I graded the price as 'B' is because I thought 81.00 (including 10% Angie's coupon) was a bit high for repair of one pipe (we supplied the replacement sprinkler head). However, it's been a while since we've used a sprinkler repair company so that may be the going rate these days. Plus, I was impressed with the response time and the fact that he was honest and didn't try to sell me anything else, so paying a bit more was worth it in this case.

This is definitely an AA++++++ business. Couldn't ask for two more pleasant and knowledgeable men than Ian and Sterling. Everything was perfect. Even took pictures of the garden to be assured of getting the plants back in the proper spots. When they left you would have never known there was any work done in the front yard. Great job guys.

I didn't realize what a big job this would be. I was very impressed with their professionalism. It took 1-1/2 days to complete the job. After finishing, I was taken on a complete tour of each zone and everything was explained to me, including how and why settings were made. After all the digging that was done, the yard was left in an excellent condition. I was very impressed with the new sprinkler heads, and how they covered each sectionof my yard. Everything looks really good compared to how it looked before.

Ian is fantastic as always. Called in yesterday spoke to his lovely wife and got an appointment for this morning. Ian was 10 minutes early for the appointment and went over the underwater pipe intake and filter with me which was installed by Ian less than two years ago. (the Lake irrigation system has been running smoothly by the way). We then moved to another house to locate and fix the two failed irrigation zones. Ian was able to locate them quickly and precisely, but has to cut through the shrubs to get to the valves. He replaced them and tested system to make sure it was working properly. At the end of it, we were both very satisfied. One thing I want say about Ian is he genuinely enjoys what he is doing and strives for satisfying the customers as he then is satisfied. He is not only knowledgeable but also, is very patient to explain things. I would never ask anyone else to service my irrigation system.

Labor and materials 227.70 (this included a discount for being on Angie's List). I had an unrelated problem shortly there after. They came back out and fixed the problem and there was no charge. Very polite and professional. I definitely would use them again.

Ian provided a detailed quote a week before the activity was scheduled. The quote included the efforts, materials and labor cost for the work. We agreed to move on with the work and an appointment was made for the following week. Ian was at our homesite at 7:30 am and immediately commenced work. Ian's assistant Sterling arrived shortly thereafter. Believe me the work was arduous, as we had Palm tree roots as well as the hard clay soil that Sterling {and Ian} had to excavate to go 1 1/2 feet deep down before they could lay the drains. In addition we had a maze of irrigation pipes that needed to be circumvented. Each challenge was successfully handled and once the drains were in, Ian topped them off with coarse gravel while Sterling cleaned up the area. At or around 1:30pm the work was complete From our perspective, just a superb, professional effort completed by Ian and Sterling and I would highly recommend each of them for continued work in their respective fields ie Sprinkler Repair, Drainage and Irrigation. Starting with the scheduling of an appointment, this company has GREAT customer service. I found every individual I interacted with to be extremely professional. The proposal was prompt, the work was performed on time and as described and the quality of the work is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new irrigation system. I was so pleased that I've asked Ian to provide a proposal to refurbish another system. Ian was extremely nice, polite, and appeared quite professional. However I was very disappointed in the output of the new pump compared to my old one before it quit. ian came back out twice and said he went through everything including testing the water flow out of the pump. He told me I must have something wrong with my sprinkler system. I was not convinced, and about 6 months later I had another company put in a brand-new system for me. I told them about my pump problems and they checked it out and found that the pump was running backwards!!! After correcting that, the pump output was awesome. Something Hessanauer should have checked on day one. (I'm writing this report now because it's been bothering me that I didn't do it initially).
