Description of Work: Horrible customer service. Called on Friday(11/4) at around 4pm and asked for them to come out next week(Tuesday 11/8) to look at a leak I had. The lady that answered said that she thought she had some time in the afternoon on Tuesday but promised to call me back within 30 minutes to confirm after she called the guy that would come out. Never heard back from her. I called again today(Monday 11/7) and told her I had called Friday and mentioned she was going to call me back. She goes, oh sorry....we are extremely busy with phone calls right now. I said okay and she goes well we don't have any openings tomorrow to come out to you. I said of course not, and reminded her again that on Friday she thought she did and if she had called me back, then I might of had an appointment. I told her never mind, that I would go somewhere else that wanted to call me back and help me out and she very calmly goes alright have a good day bye........great customer service. Would not do business here ever.

Description of Work: I was looking for a second estimate on updating my sprinkling system. They made an appointment to come out and give me the estimate. They asked for, and I provided them with, an assessment of needs from the first company-- minus their quoted price. They then sent me an email saying that I should have included the price quoted by the first company. I didn't think that was fair because anybody can offer a price lower than a previously known offer. I thought we'd discuss this at our appointment. However, they then cancelled the appointment by email.

Description of Work: Repaired Lightning damage to Sprinkler System

Description of Work: replace damaged control unit and check out whole system after lighting strike.

Description of Work: Found irrigation leak, fixed leak, brought pipes up to code, fixed sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Total redo of pipes and replacement of heads, installation of a backflow system and electrical work in the front yard after a new septic system was installed. They arrived on time. Worked hard and fast to get it done in one day. Amazing work! Very happy!

Description of Work: I called the vendor over the weekend and they never returned the call. I then called the midweek and they promised to have their technician call. Once again, they failed to call. Not sure how they received an A rating if they cannot even return a phone call.

Description of Work: Repaired difficult to figure out irrigation system breaks. Water bill was killer until Ian got in and figured out the issues and corrected.

Description of Work: I set an appointment with a three hour window. I arrived at 11, waited until 2, and called them about 2:15. I received an apologetic return phone call asking if I could wait around for another 30 minutes. I declined.

Description of Work: I have used them before, and I would again. They do what needs to be done, and don't try to upsell you the way a lot of other sprinkler repair people do.

Description of Work: Alway quick to respond to your needs. Have used them for annual sprinkler service for seven years. Love them!

Description of Work: Walt is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We have an 8 zone system where 2 of the zones have been inoperable for 2 years. The last serviceman had stated that these zones were clogged and would have to be dug up. Walt found the electrical problems in each zone and fixed them. No digging needed! He also had to locate the sprinkler valve boxes as they were buried in 6 zones. He then replaced many sprinkler heads, repaired the smashed pipes in the lanai planter, and adjusted everything.
