Ian arrived promptly to work up the estimate as well as too perform the work. Ian and Sterling were highly professional and friendly. The work was completed ahead of time and Ian gave me a thorough explanation of how to operate the system. I highly recommend this company.

The leak turned out to be a pinhole leak in the main house line, which is PVC. Sterling took care of the issue and found the leak quite quickly. He only had to cut out about a 2'x3' hole into the yard to get the problem identified and repaired and was done in less than 2 hours. Great service!

Ian was the consummate professional from start to finish. He and Sterling were two of the hardest working men I've ever had the privilege of using. They had to run a pipeline under our commercial grade driveway, under our walkway and across the yard to reach the area that needed irrigation. They installed an additional zone, new controller and rain sensor. Entire job was done in 1/2 day and is working great!

The lady who answered could not have been more kind, accurate or professional. She explained that there was a separate water valve for the lawn irrigation system and told me how to turn it off. She also gave me a method for determining whether the problem could resolve by a reset or whether we need a service call to replace a part. She was wonderful. I am very, very grateful, and if we ever do need a service call I will absolutely look to Hessenauer.

Ian, was plesant to talk with and made sure that all was checked out. He was coming behind a former company that the work was not to my satifaction and the system was not working. The company before was asked to do other things but stated they would have to come back. And they were not pleasent to talk to. The system had been totally redone before Ian came but was inoperative. Ian found a bad check valve so the pump was not staying primed. The check valve was part of the new work done by former company. Ian repaired it all and took the time to make sure all zones were operational and getting coverage. I'm very happy with the decision that I made to call him, and will call again.

We were able to get an appointment promptly, and Ian arrived on time. He knew right away what the problem was and explained it in detail to me and patiently repeated same to my husband on the phone. He also explained we did not need as powerful a pump as we had before which will save us money and perform more efficiently. He replaced the pump for the quoted price. He cleaned up after he finished. I have an old irrigation system but do not want to replace it. Ian explained that there are quite a few older systems that he is able to tweak without having to replace the system. When I hire a professional like Ian, who knows his field, and is so honest, and does not try to sell me what I don't need, I am impressed. This is our new irrigation company, and I will be recommending them in our neighborhood news letter and to my friends.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I first got an estimate, and then scheduled the work. The installation was on time, and well done. My landscape company said that the sprinkler system is a good one, and the price was very fair. I am very pleased with the work.

Ian arrived promptly to provide an estimate for the work. We discussed what I wanted done, and he described what needed to be done. He did measurements and he took his notes. I received the plan and the estimate via e-mail and set a date for the work to begin. Because of a family emergency I had to cancel the start. There was no problem when I called to set up a new start date. Ian and Sterling arrived promptly both days, and worked quickly and efficiently. In two days they had installed a new controller, replaced a pipe on the pump, removed all of the old units, replaced or installed 5 valve units, and installed all new sprinkler units that will provide better coverage. They separated a large zone into 2 smaller ones and installed a new zone in an area that did not have coverage. I was very pleased with the work and the workers; I would certainly use their services again.

Based on previous Angie's List reviews, I contacted Hessenauer Irrigation for an estimate to reconfigure my existing irrigation system. Ian came at the appointed time, looked over the way existing sprinkler heads sprayed in the yard and made several recommendations, to include adding an extra zone to maximize water coverage on the lawn. After receiving the detailed estimate, I agreed to go ahead with the project. Ian and Sterling arrived first thing Wednesday morning (1/28/15) and got right to work. They worked until 4pm and returned the following day to complete the job, finishing in the late afternoon. I was very pleased with their work product and would highly recommend Hessenauer Irrigation.

The service repairman was able to repair my broken sprinkler system on the same day that I called. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly.

Ian is a total professional who cares very much about his clients, is honest, dependable and simply outstanding. He and his co-worker, Sterling, were here for two and a half days working on my project. They ran into a lot or problems with my old, outdated system, but were diligent in overcoming all of them. I now have the latest and greatest irrigation system and because I have a semiannual irrigation inspection with Hessenauer, I know my new system will continue to run properly forever. Cost was $4100.00.

Contacted Hessenauer based on reviews on Angie's List. Upon arrival, I told Ian exactly the problem we were experiencing with one of the zones in our sprinkler system. I originally thought some of the heads needed replacement. After I clearly explained the problem, he was able to quickly diagnose that the problem with one of the valves. Gave me very detailed explanation on the problem and explained the issue very clearly that anybody who would not understand would know exactly what was going on. He was able to replace one of the valves rather quickly. The price was reasonable! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for the service!

Ian arrived on time and set about checking why I was having brown spots in my lawn. After fixing all the bad sprinklers, he adjusted the water flow and adjusted the time the sprinklers functioned. He also tested our automatic sensor. Problems gone!

I had a lawn sprinkler that was located too close to the driveway and needed to be replaced for the second time, as I kept running over it with my car. Ian replaced and relocated it away from the driveway and saved us from all of the water that was oozing out. He also did trouble shooting on our nonworking lawn sprinkler zones and was able to get them up and running. Service was awesome and the same day appointment was very much appreciated!
