Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair & Irrigation

Walt came out and fixed all the issues I had with the irrigation system. I had done some repairs myself, so I knew something about how the system worked, and he listened very carefully when I described what I thought needed to be done. He was thorough and professional. Great job!

I was very pleased with this company. Ian was punctual both days, took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong and why the system wasn't working properly. He then corrected and repaired all items discussed. I will definitely use this company again and have already referred it twice to others.

Very good. I had replaced a few sprinklers in the past myself but this one was beyond me. While digging the hole to remove the sprinkler I cut through one of the wires that control the sprinklers (who knew they were there?) and he didn't make me feel stupid at all. He was very kind and repaired it and the sprinkler head. I was very happy.

It went fantastic. I called to make an appointment and they were able to be flexible with my work schedule. The technician, Walt, arrived right on time. He listened to my concerns and did a thorough job evaluating our current system. He fixed the leak, replaced three defective heads and adjusted everything. He made a recommendation for how long each zone should be timed, we discussed and then he made the necessary adjustments to our timer. He did a great job and we'll definitely use them again.

Ian was recommended by a friend. The price was higher than we thought but we got a really nice system with some extras like by the road the heads were placed in pipe to keep them from getting broken when driven over. Our control box is very advanced and the system seems to be running smoothly. The invoice was broken down in a fairly detailed fashion which is a big help since contractors often lump everything together so it is harder to see how much the different items cost and what part of the bill is for labor. Walt is especially good and solved some issues we were having at the very end.

I called my problem in and Ian said his service man (Walt) would call me the next day. Ian called me at 7:25 the next morning and said Walt was busy the next 3-4 days but he would be out at noon today. He was a little early and explained what he would do. After checking everything out he gave me his recommendations. I agreed and he went back to work. When he was done he gave me the invoice.

They did a great job. They were on time, pleasant to deal with, and did exactly what I asked. Their A Grade on Angie's List is well deserved.

Ian called me back quickly and then came over to see everything to be done. He had to order some parts (pump) but as soon as it arrived he came over and did the job. Walt came over another day to finish the rest. We are sure hoping that this will be it for a long time. Have had numerous problems in the past but I think we feel confident that this time it will finally be done right. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

Great! They were right on time. They quickly and easily identified the problem (a bad valve solenoid), and replaced it with parts from their truck. Painless.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, FOUND THE PROBLEM AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME WITH A CLEAN TRUCK AND HAD ALL OF HIS TOOLS WITH HIM. WE WERE JUST DELIGHTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

He was open to my ideas and questions and was very easy to work with. He worked around my existing Mr. Mister system without any problem. The estimate was accurate. Work was done on the agreed day and took only several hours. The system works well. I plan on having him do the back yard after the new year.

I called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day! He troubleshot the issue and was able to resolve quickly and he also swapped out another nozzle and made recommendations for timer settings. He gave me a quote for other additional work. Overall a very fantastic, professional and prompt experience. Two thumbs up.

The company was very good to work with. I asked the representative for a separate bill to turn the water on and a separate bill for the material used to adjust my sprinkler head. He had no problem doing this.

Fabulous! Showed up the next day after I called. I thought he was just doing an estimate, but he started right to work. When I checked in after a while, he didn't realize I wanted an estimate, but said if it would have been more than $250, he would have discussed it with me first. Finished in about an hour. Saved me money by not adding a head I thought I needed, but rather replacing an existing head with a wider watering arc. I had another company quote the same job, asking for the same thing, word for word. They quoted over $700, planning to move multiple heads around. Wasn't necessary, my yard looks greener and happier already and I spent a lot less. The lack of a price up front was a little scary (didn't know total until I got the bill), but he was absolutely reasonable and honest. Friendly company that does what you need and no more, at a very reasonable price. I will use them again.

From the first meeting with Walt to give us an estimate, to the completion of the project, the process was extremely easy and very professional!! Ian, the owner, even came out several times to adjust our sprinkler heads and to make sure everything was working properly. I received several bids from different companies, however, Hessenhauer was the most responsive to our calls and overall needs. Walt came out to give me the estimate, answered every question that I had (and more) and I felt I was in very good hands with them. They scheduled the work for 2 weeks later, came out on time and completed the work within 2 days, as promised! We never had an irrigation system before and we could not have asked for a better experience!
