Job was done very quickly and very professionally. He walked me through the entire setup and answered all my questions. Job was done and cleaned up entirely in 1 day while i was at work.

From calling for the appointment through completion, everything went perfectly. What nice folks and very professional and quick. There was no major problem-just needed a yearly check of the system with minor readjustment of several heads. It could have not gone better.

Super friendly and helpful office when I called for an appointment. Service provider (Ian) arrived within the scheduled time frame and was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, worked quickly, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He verified my diagnosis of the malfunctioning solenoid switch, made the repair with the least expensive part possible, checked the repair, and reset the control box. He carefully explained the options for the repair, exactly how he would do the work, and allowed ample opportunities for questions and to be sure I understood the various functions of the system elements. He made sure I knew where the missing underground solenoid switch box was located. Additionally, we discussed an improvement to the existing system, and he even helped me figure out a less expensive option for achieving the same goal in adding sprinkler elements for my garden (and ran a preliminary electrical wire that will accommodate these improvements even though we had not yet settled on the details of this project--at no extra charge). I will be using this company again for this and future irrigation needs. It was a pleasure working with them.

We had a 15 year old irrigation system that was badly in need of upgrading. Heads were sunken, missing or non functional, a new patio was being watered each time the system ran. Walter responded immediately to my call, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time for the appointment and walked through my entire system with me. He gave me a thorough breakdown of prices for labor and parts. We agreed to the repairs and Walt scheduled my service call. Again he showed up at the time he said he would, worked hard all day, meticulously cleaned up each area he worked on, backfilling around heads and disturbing existing plantings as little as possible. When the job was finished he walked me back through each zone to make sure I was happy with the results. He made improvements throughout! I have been searching for a reputable/dependable/high quality irrigation company and have finally found them. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism Ian Laccohee shown when he came to do the estimate. He took the time measure out the yard, explained in detail the design of the sprinker system, and what would be cost effective. The installation work was completed in a professional and timely manner. The work area was very tidy after installation. I was very impressed the time Ian took to explain how the zones worked for each section of the yard and most importantly how to work the irrigation. I have now been using my new system with no problem. My lawn is getting greener every week. I highly reccommend using this company for any lawn irrigation system installation or repair.

We have noticed brown areas in the yard. We also noticed that it didn't seem that there was adequate coverage, based on observation the the system in action. The representative arrived, and did a thorough inspection of the system, determining that many of the sprinklers were mis-aimed, not spraying properly, and one was buried. He took corrective action, and the system now operates as it should.

Our experience was beyond excellent. I cannot say enough about the quality and professional manner in which Ian provided the work on our irrigation system. His knowledge of the irrigation business is first rate as well. With his professional manner and level of knowledge, he gained our trust from the very start. Ian answered my first call to his business and came out the next day to conduct a thorough review of our property and the changes and/or adjustments that needed to be done to our existing sprinkler system. He provided a detailed estimate of the work. He was able to schedule the work quickly too. He was supposed to arrive at 7:45 a.m., but he and his crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. and quickly got started. He adjusted, repaired, replaced, and installed new sprinklers in five zones and added a new area that wasn't getting coverage. The yard was left in perfect condition where he had to dig to add new pipe and/or heads. When he was finished with the work, he walked us through the entire yard and showed us exactly what he had done(which was everything he had promised). Again, we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. It was a joy working with Ian!

Ian spent several hours investigating the existing system and presented a clear plan of how he was going to approach the work, all of this free of charge. We were very satisfied with the work overall, which was done on time and exactly according to the estimate. Also, despite major work done with the piping in the front yard, you could hardly tell that any work had been done because they took such care not to damage the lawn. Excellent work, overall.

Called to get an estimate on irrigation timer. Was NOT told that there was a $50 charge for them to give you an estimate. Gave an estimate $150 more than the other company. When I didn't tell them to do the work they sent a bill for $50. Called to office to ask about charge and His wife was rude and told me they would send it to collections. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR WORK. THEY WILL SEND YOU A BILL EVEN IF YOU GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THEIR SO CALLED "ESTIMATE FEE." REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB ALSO.

He scheduled to come a week after I called. He was prompt at 8:00 a.m. He checked the existing system in our recently purchased house zone by zone. He explained the problems to me, showed where pipes and spray heads were broken or missing, how the system worked (I've never had an irrigation system before) then asked if wanted an estimate or just wanted the problems fixed. I felt confident that the quality and reliability factor from being on Angie's List would preclude exorbitant fees. In several hours he had made all repairs, readjusted the existing spray heads to optimize their pattern and flow, and reprogrammed the control unit zone by zone. He then gave me the Angie's List 10% discount and the bill was $104.00.

While doing our spring planting, my husband broke a sprinkler line. Hessenauer came out a few days later to fix the line, and then adjusted the system. A previous sprinkler company had placed 30 feet water heads in an area meant for 6 feet, so they replaced those. They also made sure the sprinkler timer was working properly.

They were able to schedule me in for the next day and were able to diagnose problem and correct it that same morning. I was also taught how to correctly set my irrigation system and they were very patient and informative.

I was very pleasantly surprised, after having dealt with other companies for other projects. Ian was very professional and prompt and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained things thoroughly and the work was completed on time and the irrigation system works perfectly. It was a joy to deal with Ian!

Job 1 was easy, and done quickly. Job 2 required Walt to find where pressure was failing, so he cut the main pipe and did a pressure test. The blockage turned out to be between the meter and zone controls. Walt put in an entire new pipe from the meter out and move it away from tree roots which were likely the cause of the problem.

He spent 2 hours in the yard, under the hot sun, and did his job right. He arrived one hour in advance, calling before to make sure it was ok with me.

Responded to request at scheduled time, completed the work promtly and professionally.

I thought that their price was unimaginably high. I never actually saw them, they came and did the inspection and then e-mailed me the estimate. They were polite and courteous while I was talking to them over the phone.

They showed up as scheduled, listened to the problems I was having, corrected them and checked the entire six zone system.

Called Hessenauer on Monday morning, talked to office and she had Walt call us back within 30 minutes. Arranged for Walt to come out on Thursday morning. He was willing to come out on Tuesday or Wed., but we had previous plans. Walt showed up a few minutes before his scheduled time ready to work. He checked our rain sensor and then the system started working. He checked the entire system and adjusted and replaced a few sprinkler heads. He definitely was an expert in his field and was extremely professional. We asked a few questions about the sprinkler heads and he made suggestions of how to improve the entire system. We stayed with just adjusting and replacing what needed to be done now. He said if we had any other problems, to give him a call back.

Called to schedule an inspection to determine the scope and estimate of work to be done. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. On the day of the inspection I was called by Walt to tell me he was running late, he didn't want me waiting around as the previous job ran overtime. It's nice to be notified when things change, and I had no problem with moving the appointment time back a bit. Walt surveyed my sprinkler system and provided me with a few different options about solving my lawn irrigation problems. He was most helpful and didn't try to push any particular option on me. A few days later I called and made an appointment to get the work done. Walt arrived on the appointed day on time. He performed the work as described and in the time frame he estimated. I was very pleased with the work. I really have to complement Walt for all his hard work in some very hot weather and still maintaining a pleasant attitude.

I had called them on Sunday and someone had answered the phone and made an appointment. They had called right away in the morning before they had come out and did the work. I paid less than I expected.

They did a very good job. They were on time and efficient. The cost was reasonable. We were very pleased with the work. The office staff is very friendly and responsive.
