Ian came the same day I called to give me an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate because he gave me an Angie's List discount which I wasn't expecting. The work was scheduled within a week's time due to the fact that the county has to come out and mark the area with flags and spray paint. Ian showed up when he said he would and went straight to work. Then after a bit a helper showed up. They kept the area neat. When they were done - you couldn't even tell a drain had been put in. I walked the area with Ian and he explained to me how it should work, which I found helpful. He also gave me a 12 month warranty in case i had any problems with drainage.

Excellent. I recommend a quarterly maintenance program on all sprinkler/irrigation systems. Ian and team do a wonderful job of evaluating the system and keeping it in tip top operating condition.

Most recently I had them fix sprinkler heads and that was great. I had them out to look at my system because it was bad and they completely redid the whole thing very competitively priced. They were quick and clean. They were awesome. They are very quick to respond and they are very courteous. They are from England so they are very English. They are wonderful people and very meticulous. They are my irrigation people for life.

Excellent service from both Ian when he came out and Emma when I called the office. Very professional and courteous. Completed the job quickly and let me know that the head needed replacing and what the cost was before doing it. I will certainly be using them again. Ian knew from my discussions with Emma that I had found them on Angie's list and he had already deducted the 10% discount from my bill.

Outstanding. Ian showed up on early both days and even after digging up both sides of the yard, you could barely tell he was there by the time they finished on the 2nd day. The put tarps down to keep the dirt and sod from getting all over the place and the NDS product they used allowed them to leave virtually no damage to the surrounding turf. They cleaned up entirely and left no trace of being there except for the subtle signs of drains if you know where to look.

I got them off the list. They have made repairs when the folks that cut the grass knocked out the sprinkler head or something like that. They have also come back and adjusted the heights of the sprinkler heads as the plants have grown or if I planted new stuff. They are good people, they are quick, on time, and I think that their pricing is excellent. I would highly recommend them to others and I would be using them again. They did a very nice job the last time I used them and all the plants and the lawn looks great because of the irrigation. I spent about $120 on that service. They have been prompt, their pricing has been very fair, and they are very professional. They will also come when I ask them to.

I called and was told I would be contacted by Ian who services my area. I received a call as promised with a time estimate of when to expect him. Ian called ahead to let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and checked the sprinkler leak. He also noted that the rain sensor was not connected and offered to re-connect. Within an hour he performed the sprinkler repair and reconnected the rain sensor. He was professional and courteous. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair again!

For a long time I have experienced minor flooding in my back yard and pool area because of poor drainage and the amount of water coming off the roof which has no place to go. Found Hessenauer Sprinkler on Angie's list and placed my initial call to them on 8/26/2011. That call was returned the same day and an appointment was made for 8/29/2011 for "Ian" to come out and see the extent of the problem. He arrived promptly on the 29th and I explained the problem to him and he said they could provide a solution through a series of underground pipes. He then took his measurements and departed and about 7 PM that same day, he e-mailed me his "Proposal" to rectify the problem. I reviewed his "Proposal" and e-mailed back my acceptance and an appointment was made for the work to be done at 7AM on 09/01/2011. True to his word, Ian showed up promptly at 7 AM and his crew arrived shortly thereafter. The work was completed at approximately 5 PM, meaning that they put in a 10 hour day to complete the project. I was very impressed by the quality of work done and the professional manner in which all conducted themselves. While we have not yet had a hard rain which will be the true test, I have no doubt that the work done will eliminate the drainage issues. Since completing the work both my current landscape crew and my pool service tech (who formerly owned a landscape company) have complimented Hessenauer on the care taken to remove and replace the sod after their digging was completed.

Sterling did a great job. He was only at the house for 1.5 hours, but went over the entire system and fixed several things. I had recently cut the sod for the entire yard. While doing so, I broke a few of the sprinkler heads. He had all of the necessary parts with him to fix everything. He worked quickly and explained everything he needed to do before moving forward. Great work! I'd definitely use them again.

I called this company after seeing their ad in the Angies List magazine. I received a callback from Ian within 10 minutes. He agreed to come out to our home several days later to give us a plan and an estimate. Since we purchased our home we have had standing water in our backyard after rain. It was getting worse and remained standing against the back of the house for several days. Ian showed up when he said he would, proposed a plan and sent us a detailed plan with estimate by the next day. We signed the agreement and faxed it back. No down payment required! He said the scheduling for the job would depend upon when the pump would be delivered. One week later the job was scheduled to begin at 7 am. Ian was prompt and the job was completed in 2 days as stated. After he left, we discovered a sprinkler head was in the wrong direction. He returned the next day fixed it. Because we had not used the sprinklers in the back yard for quite awhile, we also discovered that one of the heads was on the outside of our recently installed fence. He moved the sprinkler head and hooked it to the system at no charge. This company is professional and pleasant.

Ian arrived at the promised time. He and his crew completed the work in the projected time-frame. They had to remove existing pipe and sprinklers, install new pipe, sprinklers, and reposition existing sprinklers to obtain better coverage. All the trenching was done by hand. This was important so not to damage the landscaping plants. We have an extensive garden area and the crew was able to entrench between plants, so they would not be damaged during or after the pipe installation. They were neat, courteous, and returned the turfgrass areas of the yard to their original state. After the installation, we noticed an area that had a leak around a pipe. I contacted Ian be email and he fixed the problem the next day. His quick response was a great indicator of the company's excellent customer service

Overall, a pleasant, professional experience, with a tech who took the time to do both visits right. He also explained to me differences between sprinkler heads, how much area each one covers, how to adjust them, etc. I'd use Hessenauer again.

They were very responsive and professional. Did an analysis of our entire system and gave us quotes for doing the front and back yard separately as requested. Arrived promptly on the day they specified and finished all of the work in one day as they anticipated. Even though there was a lot of digging involved in the work, the mess was cleaned up and the turf was replaced when the job was done. The new system works great and we are very happy.

Sterling arrived at the appt time they had committed and listened to my concerns. Over the hour he did a considerable amount of work and talked me through exactly what he was doing and why. Multiple heads were replaced, some aligned, and he fixed the valve that was restricting water flow. He even gave me a key for the Sprinkler Control as I had lost the previous one. A lot of work was done in 1 hour and the system is running like new..covering grass areas we were missing previously with the pressure restored. Hessenhauer is our go-to Sprinkler Company for any work we intend to have done. The pricing is reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. They know what they're doing. If Sterling is the one that comes to your house you're especially fortunate. He's very thorough.
