Description of Work: I called the company and was told everyone was in training but would have someone call during their break. Didn't hear from them, then called back that afternoon and was told someone would call at the end of the day. Never heard from anyone so called back the next day and the same receptionist answered. I told her that I hadn't heard from anyone and she said I should probably call another company and hung up on me. Not professional at all.

Description of Work: I have dealt with them for about 30 years. It is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. They are professional and timely. They provide excellent service.

Description of Work: very knowlegable and found out why my system is not working. i would of just preffered to be told up front that their was going to be a $70 fee for 1hour of his time. at least i saved 10% by using angies list

Description of Work: Hessenhauer were great over the phone. They sent a technician pretty promptly to give our sprinkler system a "health check". The technician, Sterling Crosby, was very pleasant, highly competent and took care of the minor issues that we had with our system.

Walt repaired everything I asked and where he found there was no repair necessary, he told me when he could have taken advantage of me. He repaired a broken sprinkler head and tuned the timer.

Description of Work: Checked and repaired damaged sprinkler heads for 12 zones in the yard. Reset sprinkler timer for each zone. Made recommendations to us to check sprinkler heads and zones for damage and misadjustment. Which we now do.

Description of Work: Something was wrong with my irrigation system. They came out and repaired it. Their cost was reasonable and they are an honest bunch of people. I will call again for other needs.
