After an initial misunderstanding on my part by contacting the wrong store Becky from the Longwood store contacted me and the tech Orlando from that store was able to install a new back door window installed for me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend the Glass Doctor store.

Amazing...I did not need to buy a new sliding glass door! I purchased a 1998 apartment to condo conversion on the 1st floor in 2020 and the door was a total mess from years of abuse. It was going to cost several thousand dollars to replace, and that is more complicated than a house, because it's a condo. I had the wheels replaced before, but it did not help with the way the door shut and locked, and the overall seal. I was hearing outside noise from AC units, and road noise, etc...but I am a realist...this is not a house. Orlando came out and listened to me...my concerns about the seal (hurricane season is here), and the fact that I could not get it to lock...etc... He replaced the wheels...and leveled everything. I did NOT need to purchase a new locking mechanism, and the door slides shut easily and locks easily. But here is the most exciting and unexpected thing to me....I don't hear outside noise anymore in my living room. It's quiet. I did not anticipate that happening because I am a realist. He talked to me about the quality of glass not being as bad as I thought it was. He did NOT oversell me...and he could have. So, I feel like this is valuable information to share. Sometimes you get a gift out of nowhere, and for me...it is this. This is going to give me more peace and quiet, and probably help my energy bill. I had a broken windowpane replaced. They came out the next day and made the repair. Their tech was very polite and cleaned up any trash after the job was done. I will definitely call them again.

On time, reasonably priced, great work

Orlando was here as promised, gave an estimate in a few minutes and the repair was done in about an hour. The window looks like new, Orlando is a very professional craftsman and I will definitely call him for any window repairs needed.

He came out within the hour of speaking to someone on the phone and fixed our window within 30 mins instead of charging us to replace the entire window! Would hire them again for any window breaks!

Orlando and his company has saved us thousands of dollars. We had 21 windows and door glass replaced due to fogging or being cracked. Having Joseph join the team also was nice because he he has done a great job communicating time of arrival and updating us on Scheduling. We noticed a small flaw in one of the windows after the first install. It was no fought to Glass Doctor but with their supplier. I called Orlando and he came out and agreed and replaced immediately with no hassle. If you need any window replacement, I highly recommend this local business as they did a great job and saved up literally thousands of dollar verse having to replacing with a whole new window. These guys replaced different windows including patio door window, bedroom windows, bathroom windows and some special odd shaped windows above entry doors.

The team at Glass Doctor were fantastic to work with! After I submitted a request, they were in touch within hours to schedule a consultation for measurements the next day. We visited their office to confirm our glass selection and had the glass installed within 1 week. Their communication was great throughout, they were in and out in a few hours and were very mindful of cleaning up after themselves and ensuring we were happy before they left. I can't recommend these guys enough; I wish we knew about them 7 years ago when we moved in!!!
