I would not hesitate to hire then again. They were quick, had excellent communication, did good quality work and were reasonable. Highly recommend.

From answering the phone to installing the glass everything was done in a very professional manner. The only complaint that I can make is there was extra glass on the ground and it was left for us to sweep up and to me that is something that they should have done but overall everything was excellent.

I was pleased they made special arrangement to fit me in the same day since my son s bedroom window was completely shattered!!!

Glass Doctor was the only company that would come out to the residence where I had an accident with one of my regular homeowners. Orlando was the name of the technician, he was amazing, put in a new piece of vinyl on the window for free for me. And also gave me the option to put the trim pieces back on myself, saving me money, unlike other companies that would have just put them on and charge me anyway. I highly recommend them and Orlando was a great technician and needs to be recognized for his performance. I know they really saved the day for me, especially on a Friday, and everybody else is telling me Monday and most of them would not come out so again I highly recommend them a big thumbs up

I am a housekeeper and I was doing my clients windows. I had my fiance with me and he slipped and broke a window. We wanted it replaced asap knowing the rain is coming. I got on the phone and a couple no's later someone gave me homeadviser and they got me Glass Dr. and at first it was a no but after hearing my situation they got me a very professional and courteous tech out. Awesome company. The office manger Terri was always on top of the appointments. Orlando was always on time and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He cleaned up both inside and out and are Very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to call on them. If i ever need glass in the future it will be The Glass Doctor Of Longwood.

They were great! Terri who set up my appointment was very helpful and got me an earlier appointment when one became available. Orlando came out on time and went about his work quickly and professionally. He picked up after himself and he and Terri are both dog lovers which is great. I would highly recommend them to everyone. To show you what I think about them,all you have to do is look at this note I'm texting, I'm terrible at it and very slow, but I did it anyway!!!

They are amazing! They were able to fit us into their schedule, after we had an emergency window break at our house, with no advanced notice. The owner himself came out to make sure we were taken care of. I've saved their number in case I find anyone else who needs glass work. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to anyone, and everyone, I hear that needs glass work done in future! Thank you so very much for all that you have done for us.
