My mom just used them to move a couple hours away. They came early, packed up in record time and delivered and set up. Even helped carry trash to curb and unloaded fridge. They were pleasant, professional and accommodating. A rare find these days. Thank you so much for your 5 star service. I would give you more if it would let me :)

I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. I got same day service. Jose and Atis were very professional and deserve more than 5 stars. They let me know the process of what they were doing! They even screwed in some loose screws that they happened to see came loose on my piano they were moving! They were very kind. They were not in a rush and took their time and made sure the job was done right! Don?t use any other movers! Thanks guys!

Communication was very easy, and they answered all of my questions ahead of time. They finished the project in a short amount of time and took great care of all of the items they were moving.

When I initially spoke to them I told them about the stairs, which were more than 2 flights. They put on the quote 1 flight. When the 2 men came and started moving furniture the offices called me about the stairs and said I did not tell them about the stairs. I screenshot my text message showing that I told them. Their response was things get lost in text not take responsibility for their mistake. One hour into the move the 2 men are yelling at each other outside about who is doing what. They broke the headboard on my bed and offered $100 for their mistake. Or they will fix it and have it back to me in 4 days. Well, that never happened. They kept it for 10 days and when I tried calling, they did not answer. Several times I left messages. Got the headboard back after 10 days. One guy brought it. It is a huge headboard he could barely get up the stairs and expected my daughter to help him. Horrible experience.

Get Done, LLC is A MUST HIRE!!! This was my first time ever hiring movers. I’ve read and heard SO many horror stories from others, so I’ve always been skeptical. I spoke to several moving companies to obtain quotes and decided to go with Get Done, LLC. Brent (the owner) was very pleasant to deal with and reassured me I would be in good hands. They moved me out from a 3rd floor apartment with no time to waste. The lead guy in charge (I can’t recall his name - was AWESOME!). They made sure they didn’t block the street from cars passing and parked in the back of my building which was a MUCH longer walk for them from the bottom of my stairs to their truck. The drivers arrived on time and were VERY professional. They padded and wrapped every item with excellent care. They also stopped at my storage using on the way to my new location and unloaded several large pieces. There was no BSing on phones, no complaining/sighing and no dragging. They even BEAT my quoted time frame and saved me money!!! WIN! I would HIGHLY recommend Get Done, LLC. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! You guys ROCK! Thank you, again and again! =)

We were fortunate to have the owner of the company involved in the entire move. He was fantastic. His crew is awesome- they packed and moved us out of state. The thing i like most about them is they will put 5 or more on the job to live along faster! Highly recommend.

They set off the fire alarm at the condo I was moving out of. I had a hard time getting them to pay for the fine. Also, they left stuff behind when they went to the new place. I was dealing with the alarm when they left and did not have a chance to check behind them. So, I did not know until the next morning when I went back to clean it. Took a few hours for me and my wife to finish what they left behind and the manager refused to do even a partial refund. Bad experience overall.

Excellent, professional. The 3 men crew arrived early. Took great care of antiques and all kind of furniture. Very smooth move. Will highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Very professional

We have used this business before for a previous move. We were so impressed with their work, that we decided to use them again! Incredibly fast and hard working! Very good with communication which is always a bonus! While we hope we donâ t have to move for a while, we would continue to use them and recommend them to friends (already have and they were impressed with them as well) and family.

They were excellent and very professional. Easy to deal with. Got the job of moving a 500 lb safe done without any problems.

Very honest areived on time packed all my furniture very nicelly I recommend them very highly Two guys came in raped all my furniture and moved me I will recommende them 100% to any body and i will use there service again

They were an hour and 15 mins late but worked efficiently. They ran out of wrap (thoroughly wrapped my sectional)and did not properly wrap my armoire, which was damage on the bottom (drawers in top section no longer closes.) Otherwise, very cost effective.

They worked quickly to get my move done safely in the least amount of time. I would recommend and definitely would use them again.
