I have used this firm to do repairs and door opener replacement prior to this service and they have always been very responsive and did a nice job. I selected them over a competitor because they took care of getting the permit and making sure the work was done up to code. There was some difficulty in getting the permit but they took care of everything. The other guy expected me to take care of the permit. The permitting required some extra work be done but what it difference it made. My new door and the extra details that were required look great. I now I have nice looking, very strong garage door. Will continue to call on them for all my garage door needs.

Scott is the person who came in. He is wonderful, he knows his business very well, thorough, quick and he resolves the problem. I'm very happy with the service.

Rick was a great technician. Very professional and knowledgeable. Knew just what to do to fix our problem.

I called in the morning and they were able to schedule someone out the same day. As this was causing a problem with having to keep the car outside, this was especially good for us. The technician, Rick, arrived at 2:30 PM and went right to work. He had all the parts he needed and replaced the springs and did minor servicing of the hinges and door. He was quick, friendly and very professional. I had my springs replaced 5 years ago by this same company and that is why I was glad they were still on Angie's List with an ! rating, as I wanted to use them ago. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Company committed to a service call next day between 1-3PM. Appointment was missed, and tech called at 330 to say he would arrive by 4PM. I asked to reschedule and the tech stated I would have to call the office, that he could not help me. Poor customer service, would not call again.

What can I say.From the moment I called the service was fantastic.The Tech arrived at my house within 30 minutes had the correct parts was very fast and efficient.He even made adjustments to my track which was way off center.Replaced the belt and the bottom door seal lubed everything,Went above and beyond.Cant recommend them enough.Great company!

I've been using this company for years. Very prompt and professional with fair pricing. I was provided a two-hour window for the tech to arrive and later received a call from the tech (Steve) on the exact time he would be arriving. Steve went above and beyond by lubing all of my hinges and rollers and even took apart and lubed the motor assembly when he heard a noise he didn't like. He took time to explain proper maintenance of my garage door and there was absolutely no pressure to buy replacement parts that I didn't need.

Excellent job, prompt, competent and fast. Removed old door and made sure everything was up to spec before leaving. Am happy to recommend them.

Serviceman knew exactly what to do to straighten the garage door. He also did a great job of pm service on both my old doors. Good job. Fair price.

Excellent and prompt job by Doors-N-More who came just a few hours after I called. He gave me the run down on why the damage occurred, made sure I had the option to pick replacement parts or not for certain aspects (prior parts would have continued to work, but were worn) and a heads up on what I may expect to need in the future with pricing. Would recommend.

Garage door works great and relatively eventless fix.

Our garage door opener broke on a Sunday. I phoned Doors & More early Monday morning and explained our problem. Within 2 hours a repairman came to our home and repaired the garage opener belt. It took him less than an hour. We are very happy with the service and the garage opener is working properly again.

The technician was Scott and he explained everything quite clearly and made sure that we fully understood all the nuances of garage door maintenance and operation. He was efficient and courteous the whole time and the encounter was pleasant. This is the second time over the years that we have received exceptional service from this company and I would never consider calling any of their competitors!

The technician arrived on time and started the work promptly replacing the broken equipment. He made other adjustments to the opener and door that I was unaware was not attached properly. He secured the opener to the wall, which had not been attached since the installation of the opener. He removed the very old cracked, hanging weather stripping from around the frame and removed the staples from the frame as well. He also secured other wires not relating to the garage door or the opener to the walls of the garage so they weren't just hanging there. Which was a very nice extra and looks much better now. I'm very pleased with his work and will call on the company again.

Door opener broke at 5:00 pm 3 days before we were leaving town. Found them on Angies List, left message. They called the next morning, got the door closed and the next day had a new opener installed. No fuss, everyone was very friendly. I would use them again!

We called Mark after a torsion spring broke on our garage door and we asked him to replace both. The work was performed as expected and was very timely. He showed up at the time he specified which was very considerate and appreciated.

This provider was great. I set the appointment, received a call 10 minutes before they arrived. They checked my current garage door opener and determined it wasn't working anymore. Then they replaced the opener and added an outside keypad all in about an hour. Great work! This is the send time I have used Doors-N-More and I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.

One of my garage door 's steel cables came off the wheel and my door was hanging half open at an angle. I called Doors-N-More and they sent Rick to my house. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and re attached the cable, lubricated and adjusted the door in an extremely efficient manner. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I called Doors n' More but they were booked that day, and could only come out the following Monday, which was fine. Scott, the repairman who came out, asked me about the problem then proceeded to check everything out. The springs weren't broken, and I could still get the garage door to lift by pushing the button inside the garage. He found that the panel inside the opener was fried, either from an electrical surge or from lightning. He gave me a choice of either replacing the opener with a completely new one which was going to run somewhere around $400, including labor or just doing the repairs which would run about $170. I decided to just have him replace the panel. After he did that, it worked fine, keypad worked, remote worked. He then proceeded to thoroughly lubricate every hinge on the door, lubricated the springs and the track. He also told me what lubricants to buy and how often to lubricate everything. He checked out the springs thoroughly and adjusted them a little. He said it was very important to keep the springs adjusted correctly. He was very thorough, took his time, and did a good job I thought. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and also would recommend that you ask for Scott. One final note: on two previous occasions I have had to call repairmen to come out and fix something about the opener. Each repairman (from 2 different companies) simply fixed the problem, replaced the item that needed to be replaced and gave me a bill. Neither one bothered to check the door completely, check and adjust the springs, and neither one did any lubrication of the hinges or track. Call Doors n More, and ask for Scott to do your repairs.
