Description of Work: They installed new carpet in the master bedroom and new vinyl in the master bath. I liked that their pricing per sq ft included everything: installation, pad, removal of old carpet. No hidden charges. Installer was very professional and did a great job. Carpet has held up very well.

Description of Work: Installed around1800sqft carpet carpet in house started delaminating within a year contacted , they contacted Mohawk and sent inspecter he stated it was isolated not Mohawks fault. They patched it looked terrible. Within the next year 8 seams coming apart including patch. Contacted again said he would send another inspector 3 months later the same inspector as before showed up and said seam delegations weren't in high traffic areas. Terry said theres nothing he could but give me a good deal on another whole house carpet job. All common area seams have seperated worst major purchase I have ever made, more like a carpet rental. The fact he sent same inspector seems very shady wish I had went with larger company.

Description of Work: Replaced carpet in two bedrooms. Carpet was good quality but appeared to be darker than the sample in the store when it was installed in our house. Business assured me it was the same carpet we picked out. We like the carpet though despite the darker color. Quick installation, very professional!

Description of Work: We needed to have our carpet in our rental property replaced before our new renters moved in. We called discount carpet and tile on a Wednesday to see if it was possible to buy carpet and have it installed before Monday. We were able to do so and they sent someone out to install it on Friday. They were very professional and at a great price. Would definitely recommend them again!

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used Discount Carpet and Tile and both times I have had a great experience. Their pricing is very competitive. Both times they have performed rip up and installation of ceramic tile in most of my house. I picked in stock tile and it was installed within 10 days. Both times they were able to keep dust down to a minimum when ripping up my old tile. They were very precise in their installation of the new tile. In the bathroom, they removed and reinstalled my toilets with no problem. The work was performed in a timely manner and they cleaned up very well so I did not have to do much more clean up of dust and debris.
Description of Work: PERFORMED RIP UP AND INSTALLATION OF CERAMIC TILE.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with their work. Even though this wasn't a very big job they scheduled us promptly and showed up on time to complete the work. The repair was in a very visible spot in a high traffic area and when they were finished you could not tell that it had been done. Even though the original carpet was a few years old, they blended the repaired section in very well.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced a section of carpet in the middle of a room that had been stained with red ink.
