From my first contact with Chris to Scott coming out to perform the work, the customer service was better than ever expected. No pressure during the quote to hire them. They were prompt and ready to earn the business and completed the job in the same day. Would highly recommend this company!!!

They were so easy to work with! Chris called me almost as soon as I requested a quote and setup the meeting the next morning to see the giant tree stump we got when we bought our new homes. Jace from his team meet us there next day and spent 5 hours getting that mammoth taken care of. I couldn't recommended them more.

I got a call from Chris at CT Stump GrInders the same day I posted with Home Advisor. The work was done with in 2 days of that call and I could not be happier with the results. Jace was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job of removing tree stumps that were close to the house and pool. When he left every thing was cleaned and left better than he found it!

I called this company on a Wednesday on a Thursday morning they were already at my house doing the work. They were quick and professional.

Prompt professional service at a great price.

I asked CT to grind 2 stumps and roots, both in difficult locations. The tech figured out quickly how to solve the access problems for one stump, but declined to work at the location that would require using a smaller machine. The boss advised me to hire a handyman, which I am afraid to do. The above explains why I gave the 4.5 rating instead of 5; what the tech did, was done quite well.

Great experience. Set time for an estimate, agreed on a price and n hour later job was complete.

Within 2 minutes of posting my job on Home Advisor, received a phone call from owner. Immediately understood my request, offered couple options on how he recommended proceeding. Texted me the following morning when he was 20 minutes from my house. Scott arrived on time with all the equipment to remove two stumps and clear backyard brush. Finished all requested work and removed all debris. I intend to use this company for next phase of cleanup.

CT Stump Grinders was highly recommended to me to do the job of grinding the stump of a large tree I had removed. I must say I am very happy with the job they did. They were diligent and worked to the best of their ability in making sure the entire stump was fully removed. I am very pleased with the work they have done and will definitely recommend them.

They came and took down my fence and ground the stump out and cleaned up and replaced the fence for a great low price , They also did my neighbors 5 stumps that i talked him into doing because we previously took his trees down for my neighbor . they gave him a great price as well because of the work they had done at our house . I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well .

They returned my request for an estimate within 5 minutes. Scott showed up at the property within 1 hour and completed the job using a very powerful and well maintained grinder. A very professional and well run company. I highly recommend giving them a call. I messaged 3 other companies for quotes the same day and have yet to hear from any of them. They say 1st impressions mean everything & after speaking with Chris from CT Stump Grinders I knew this company was the one to go with! He had his guy (Scott) at my house (Showed Up On Time) to grind down a stump that needed to be removed & let's just say, he did a Great Job for a Very Fair Price!!! Before Scott left the job site, he cleaned up the area so it was like he were never here.
