Excellent. Loved Mark, upfront and very honest. The installers worked great together. Only took 3 days to install 26 windows.

The windows arrived a week sooner than expected and were expertly installed in one day. I am very pleased with the windows themselves, I just wish the price could have been a little lower.

Mark was very prompt in responding to my need for a bid for 13 windows in my home. Came in below 2 other bidders with a higher end product. Windows were here in two weeks, and installed two days later (on my schedule). Jason and Matt installed flawlessly and all in a day. I would highly recommend this company -- very friendly, efficient, and professional.

Mark McGrath and his team surpassed my expectations on every level throughout the entire remodeling project! From the initial consultation to the daily progress and even post-project, they were always available to answer my questions and even suggest alternatives that added to the beautiful house we now call home. Mark was even able to help trim the project budget by offering price options on various materials when warranted. Because so much was involved in this project, I wasn't looking forward to the pains usually associated with remodeling projects. I was so relieved to find that Mark was as passionate about the project as I was.

My project was finished on time with only a couple of minor mishaps that were handled in a timely manner. Example: window supplier sent 2 wrong handles from my windows. Corrected as soon as possible. windows have not been installed yet. We are trying to set a date for the next few days, The windows were measured by his installer the same day I met with him to sign the contract. He just called me to tell me windows are in last night; however I was not home when he called. I tried to call him this morning, 10/28, but as I got answering machine, I left a message for him to call me back.

I chose Creative Remodeling to replace windows, siding and repair some termite damage. Mark McGrath crew arrived daily on time. Mark was in contact with me during the whole job which lasted 3 days and on several ocassions Mark was in contact with me several times a day. He even had the window installers come back and touch up some calking that did not meet his standards. I cannot say enough good words about my very positive experience working with Creative Remodeling. The job was completed on time with very excellent results. We are very satisfied and I can highly recommend Creative for window and siding installation.

Window install was fantastic. Many, many positive comments from people taking a walk by the house. Would recommend for window install again. Did a fine job on the back porch fixes as-well. The only thing not so great was install of a patio door. The trim finish was a rush job to get it done and get out. Did not use a mitre saw to cut outside door trim, so looks unprofessionally done. I will have to go back and rework it myself. But, I would recommend to anyone wanting to install windows. John K.

Mark McGrath and his team did an excellent job installing the siding on our townhouse. Very efficient, very fair with the estimate, and the installation was done professionally. Our townhouse looks absolutely great. It was a pleasure working with Mark. He is honest, reliable and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Quality job from start to finish. Straight forward and honest approach. Superior price, based on product and intangiables. Mark applied project management principles. Managed the job, window vendor, scheduling, and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction. We had minor issues, Mark/Vendor resolved without question. Mark went out of his way to research tax benefits, and shared that with his customer. He did not do that to sell the deal, he did that to educate the customer. It will buy me $1500 in 2010 tax credit. This was my best experience with any home improvement contractor and/or vendor.

I plan on completing the project at a later date.
