After cleaning the vent the technician climbed onto the roof and cleaned out a wad of lint that had gotten wet and formed a hard pad. That could have caused a fire if not removed.

It went very well! The technician was great. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service.

Perfect explanated & job well done

Decided to go with someone recommended by Angie and pay for the job to be done right rather than take advantage of a $39 spécial performed by a less qualified company. Johnny arrived within the scheduled window, was friendly and personabale and did a good job, explaining things when I asked. No surprises, so it was a positive experience. The attached photo is a vent that was dirty and dusty when he arrived. There are now no dirty vents or dusty ducts in my 2-Story townhouse.

The service tach told me I needed to replace my AC unit. I told him it should be under warranty and he said he checked and it was not. He told me I needed freon for now. I checked with another AC company and they said the AC unit was under warranty. Two weeks later my AC stopped working again called a different company and was told that the screws were not tightened after the freon was added. Will never hire Complete Air Mechanical.

Overall I was happy with the work. They actually rolled back the 69.00 and applied to cost of new unit. With the tuneup I was happy with the service.

We weren't all that thrilled with the unit itself, but they did come out and do some duct work, which improved the system. They basically did that at half the price. They made an effort to remedy the situation, I think they dealt in good faith. The guy who came to do the install later did a good job, very professional. I don't think it was a fault of them, as the unit, where I am less then thrilled. Everything works just not quite what I was expecting. Installation they got right on it, because was the middle of August, did a solid job of putting it in, Just were not getting the output we expected. If I had to fault them, I would say somewhere along the way they should of taking a closer look at my duct work. because they did do some improvement on that and it should of been part of it initially. They made an effort to make us happy.

Complete Air Mechanical scheduled and cancelled our appointment three times. I am attempting to get my money back.

I felt that the work was done rather fast (about an hour for both the units). Nothing was marked on the check list on the invoice. I thought that the water collection at the base of the AC units would stop after he unclogged the drain pipe with a tool. However that did not happen as of today. A similar tuneup by a different vendor that involved cleaning the drain pipe last year, resolved the issue for about an year. When contacted, Lisa from Completeairmechanical said that their mechanic informed her that I have a defective wooden base for my AC units. I told her to send me an email to that effect. I haven't got one yet.

Technician was on time, very courteous, he explained all the work he did and showed me the before and after. Very professional! Also cleaned up after he completed his job.

Not at all. Angie's List stated "Free Estimates" but this contractor said that applied only to new unit purchases and that repair estimates cost $65.00. This misrepresentation cost me research time and effort.

The worker left a screw out when he moved the washer, He left the screw for me. The washer now rocks and bangs and walks when I use it. I tried to get in touch with him but received no response. Can you expedite this problem? He only came to clean out the dryer and was not supposed to do anything with the washer,

The duct cleaning was fine, but the maintenance was not as thorough as previous providers.

Tech showed up on time and finished promptly.

Fantastic. Everyone from the initial phone call was great. They were very professional, courteous, timely, and hard working. I cannot say enough about my experience with Complete Air Mechanical. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again.

Did not install freon like described in the device.

It went well. They called the tenant and set up an appt and I was able to pay by credit card. They also emailed me an invoice after the job was done so I knew it had been done .

At first it seemed to go okay. The tech did not have a ladder tall enough to access the roof vent, he had to use my ladder. He used a vacuum with a rotating brush from the bottom close to the dryer and hand cleaned the vent on the roof. The first time using the dryer, I found that we had a complete clog somewhere in the vent stack. When we called to explain the problem the person on the phone blamed my wife because "he didn't have access to the attic" . When he arrived I reminded him that there is no access from the attic and the pipe simply rose up through the wall, to an angle then out to the roof directly above. He brought a camera and ran it inside the exhaust pipe to find a complete clog where the brush simply pushed the lint ball up in the pipe causing the complete clog. Eventually he used the camera wire to reach up far enough to dislodge the clog and now the dryer works fine after the second visit. I could possibly overlook the egregious error but the first response to our call for help was to erroneously blame the customer.
