Complete Air Mechanical

Complete Air Mechanical had excellent communication, answering all of my questions. They sent Johney out to give me a free estimate. Johney was very punctual and, while their prices seem a bit higher than I was expecting, I ended up hiring them because of their great ratings on Angie's List and also because I felt confident Johney would do a good job. The following week, Johney showed up on time again. He worked hard for several hours and did a very thorough job cleaning out my air ducts-- he even took each of the air-vent "grills" off and cleaned each one by hand. When he was done, he left no signs behind of him being there --- great clean-up! I would hire Complete Air Mechanical again, without hesitation.

Perfect! Johney showed up right on time, was polite, professional and got right to work. Was here a little over an hour or so, cleaned up and offered to come back should we have any problems.

I needed a new tubing and the man could not complete the job. I had a special and was charged 4 dollars less than that special just for them coming to my house. Only half the job was done because they did not have a tubing they could sell me as I believe they should have on the truck. Other than that I was satisfied.

Our new dryer has a diagnostic test that said our duct was 80% clogged. Since more than 4-yrs have passed since our 1-story dryer vent duct work was totally cleaned out & we wanted to start using our new dryer soonest, I contacted the prior dryer vent cleaning co. to do so, but they were booked a week away. In looking at Angie's List, Complete Air Mechanical came up with high marks -- and they had a promotional deal going on, which enticed us to try some one new. Before purchasing the deal, I called to see how soon a technician could be scheduled. I spoke w/Lisa, shared our need, & she promptly stated that she could have it scheduled for the very next day at my desired time, so I bought the deal. The next day, I received regular status updates via text & 1 via phone from Lisa to insure I knew the technician's whereabouts & ETA. The technician, Johney, arrived in the time committed & was prepared. After previously reading so many positive reviews mentioning a "Johney," I thought he would come out of his truck wearing a Superman cape. ;-) Kidding aside, Johney was as previously posted by others: He was professional, thoughtful, & was interested in knowing the details involved so he could apply his knowledge & game plan in a prioritized way. Before starting his work, Johney walked thru the new dryer's diagnostic test w/me & saw the same test results. After initial checks at the roof outlet showed proper airflow, we re-ran the test with the vent pipe DETACHED from the new dryer & the same results "80% clogged" result appeared. (?!?) We agreed that I needed to call the dryer co's support group about their test's accuracy. Johney still cleared out the duct (about a gallon-size glad bag of lint came out) & relayed to call should any concerns come up after dealing w/the dryer co. The same positive customer service was experienced when working w/their front office manager, Lisa, as well. She was attentive & very pleasant when scheduling, providing updates, & paying for the service. In all, working w/Complete Air Mechanical for dryer vent cleaning was a pleasant & affordable experience and we would recommend this service to others. If this experience is what it is like to also do business w/Complete Air Mechanical for air conditioning needs, then we would actually consider them for that as well.

Chris and Melissa were very professional and thorough installing our HVAC in the attic. If you’re looking for a company that it’s reliable, professional, honest and great pricing then I highly recommend using Complete Air and Mechanical.

They were unresponsive when I had a follow-up call as I thought the blower was not working as well as the other one that was replaced. Additionally, I thought the labor charge of $660.00 was excessive as the work took around 30-40 minutes. The actual motor was still covered under the warranty so the total amount charged including the initial estimate was a total of $725.00.

Technician was quite punctual; office coordinator had called ahead to indicate tech on way to property; work completed in a timely manner.

Johnny did an excellent job...cleaned out 22 years worth of lint accumulation. Excellent price too!

We had a service call for them to come out and check the AC as it was still blowing but now cooling. When the service man came out he informed us that there were some fired wires and that we needed a complete new unit inside and out and that we need the breaker replaced. After what he told us we asked him for a quote and he gave us a $6,200.00 price for the new AC and to replace the breaker at that time I spoke to Lisa in the Service Dept and asked that she send out at least three new ac filters that can be washed and reused and she told me that she would sent them out with the new unit. At that time we agreed that we would like for them to set up the new system. The new AC units arrived and were installed but no extra filters came. When we talked to the office we were told that no one new about the filter request. This was also followed up with an e-mail about the filters before they came out. Four days later the AC was not cooling the house again. We called back to let them know that the new AC that was installed a week earlier was not working. We spoke to Melissa the Owner of the company that informed us that if it was the breaker that tripped they would charge us for the call the breaker was checked and the unit still was not cooling. We could not be home the next day until after 4:00 pm and asked that they send out a someone after that time. Melissa did not like that we needed someone to come out after 4:00 but said someone would call in the AM. She asked if someone could leave work to meet with the tech and we told her no. One is a school teacher and the other works at Disney. There was no way someone could be there until after 4:00. Since we did not hear from anyone the next morning I called and was told that they would have someone out after 4:00. Around 7:00 pm we called the office back as no one showed up. We were told that a service guys did stop by during the day and found that the copper drain line from the inside of the home to the outside was clogged and they were going to send someone out on Saturday to clean. We were told at that time that we should be charged for this cleaning as this was not in their contract but they were going to take care of it. We were blown away needless to say. We just spent $6,200.00 on a new unit inside and out and the drain line was not covered under the work that was performed. I am not sure how you can come to do a service call first then replace everything new and be told this. This was one of the worst companies I have every worked with.

My elderly inlaws who have both been diagnosed with Alzheimers were tired of their warranty company not fixing their AC. They called Complete Air Mechanical and got a quote to fix the system and decided to proceed with the work. I found the receipt and called Complete Air Mechanical to tell them they already had a warranty company handling the repairs and the staff handled the situation with class. They cancelled the work order and only charged my inlaws for the service call. Many companies would have charged re-stocking fees that would have left them out of hundreds of dolIars. I am very happy to find out there are still reliable and trustworthy business people out there that understand what the elderly are going through. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to get trustworthy service. Thank you for restoring my trust in people.
